I am getting more and more disappointed with Mark's every time I go in there. While they do have high quality clothing, and friendly staff, their stock selection is getting pathetic, and their staff are not well trained in their systems, or stock. It's insane that the local stores cannot determine their own stock orders to supply their local market clientele. How narcissistic does a head office have to be to insist that they remotely determine what every store will carry. It is obvious that they do this to save money on staff at the store level, so they don't have to pay someone a decent wage to be responsible for this. I used to spend over $2K per year at Mark's. Now I am down to a couple hundred at most. I will not be giving them any more business than that until they smarten up their corporate policies, and start demonstrating that they actually care about their customers.

Sign on door as well as website said the location would be open at 9am. Did not open as stated. I phoned the location while waiting outside and the person who answered insisted they were open at 930. I, as well as three others, left the location disappointed. I don't mind they were opening at 930, but I do mind that the sign and the website said one thing and the employee said another. I hope their products are more dependable than their advertised hours.

Recently we went to exchange one item that was bought during lockdown. I was provided service by Selina, she was talking with me completely un respectfully and immediately said, we can’t exchange and right a-way walkway from me. We know that, all stores extended their return/exchange policy after lifted lockdown but not this store. We buy so many things from Mark’s but this is the worst experience in this store. Over another happy with customer service.

Great place for work related gear like boots, pants or jacket etc. Staff quality is generally great but inconsistent. One staff completely ignored there is a 25% coupon and did not tell the customer aka me. The next one just 1 day after, stopped and asked me if I knew about the coupon which is email only, then proceed to ask if I want the 25% off right away. Great customer service right there, unlike the day before.

I go to this location once a year for about 20yrs mainly to buy work boots. Occasionally I get defective/uncomfortable boots and exchange them within 30 days. I have never been hassled with a receipt or without one. Several time I've paid full price only to find out a sale is happening the next week. I have brought in my receipt and they apply the discount. This location has earned my loyalty

Buyer beware... the policy currently is no refunds or exchanges of any kind. I understand there is a lockdown, unfortunately to Mark's this means that if you buy (or bought) something... you are stuck with it. And I was told that the 100 day return policy is still in place even thought they are not returning or exchanging right now for an undisclosed time period.

Mark's products are usually do good so I see no point to rating them. I was surprised that we were not greeted or asked if we needed help. The store had maybe 4-6 people so they weren't busy. I didn't need assistance but it was a big difference from what I'm used to at Mark's.

Mark! Mark! I yelled. Trust me. To no avail. The shop keep was not here. The manager's name should be mark. I got booted(pun intended) out of the store, for not being a good quiet boy. I'm sorry I yelled mark so loud and so many times. All in all. 5/5 good boots.

This is at a time of COVID-19. They have control the flow of customer well and so feel very safe in the store. You may like to consider to order online and pick up from the store as there are more selections especially scrub for health car professionals

Very few large size shoes available in most stores. Black Friday should have plenty of inventory and I didn't find that. The clerk did make a phone call and I was able to drive 60 km to get the pair that I was looking for.

Was given awesome help with what I was looking for. They even took time to call another store to see if that store had what I was looking for. They took time to show me similar items. I am pleased with the subtitute item.

The clothes can be cheap (Dockers, ahem). They don't sell shoes under a size 9 mens. The service staff don't offer to help you, but when you ask, they're very helpful. A few too many dust bunnies in the change rooms.

Some changes in regards to standard sizing...some items being discontinued ...CLASSIC fit is less popular...for some odd reason!...my body shape is not going out of style!!...ah well...still my favorite store.

no selection for good cargo shorts or pants. manager wouldn't let me exchange pants which did not fit. very unfriendly. manager had no care in world. would not recommend this store . shop else where

Staff are always friendly and willing to lend a hand if you need some help. Great sales if you follow their promos and combine offers (e.g. clearance/flyer sale + their friends and family weekend).

Good selection, spouse needs to get his work boots there so gives us a chance to browse. Wish they had more plus sizes beyond their extra large...their 2x still on the smaller size

I love this store and Sarah who works there! She has the best customer service skills and help me with my what I needed for my husband! I will definitely be back.

Good experience as always. Wish the prices were better but the stuff here is worth it. Also wish they sold work wear that was better fitted & not so bulky/baggy .

Pricey if u dont have a coupon or its on sale. Good work clothes but nor great selection and. Hard to find the items from the flyer.

When there for a quality product, and got what I wanted. One star though because they offer no discount for military veterans?

It's been years since I've been to a mark's and I'm glad I stopped in, man do they have a lot of really good gear
