I've always loved shopping at your store, however the experience at Eastgate Mall wasn't not great. The store itself was messy and very unorganized. There was a wide selection to choose from but I had to search different areas for the same piece to get the size I required. The staff super unfriendly (even the manager from what I could see... if she was the one witha radio and alotta keys). I had expected a bit of better service and quality considering everything was closed for months. But this was completely not up to standard. I hope this can be used as constructive criticism as I share my experience.

The selection was great, however customer service zero to none. Older blonde woman very rude. I asked if I should just leave the outfit i tried on at the desk since no one was there, she replied very rudely with an eye roll JUST LEAVE IT THERE! Ill give her the benefit of the doubt that she isn’t racist. But she definitely needs to check her attitude. This is the first time I’ve visited this store and gosh what a horrible experience. Hope she finds peace in her life.

Worst customer service ever. They put 1 super slow person on cash. More then enough employees working, comes up sees the line and walks away after talking to the slow person slowing them down even more. All would be understandable if the store wasn't such a mess. They don't do returns. If it wasn't for one of my kids I wouldn't ever step foot in this place. Everytime same experience. Super frustrating

always organized, aesthetically pleasing/tidy displays and sales floor, always a good deal somewhere in the store, fun things to browse while waiting in line (I usually always find one thing while waiting in line). every winter their parkas are always a good buy. been shopping here regularly for four years and have not had a bad experience. the staff are nice and i would recommend this location.

This area is nice the price is not expensive and easy to understand each item price and details. But customer care while checkout should need much more attention. The cashier should keep the customer engaged instead of talking between themselves. I was asking price for some items but I need to ask three times due to the cashiers we talking between themselves its not right way to do

I asked two different people working here about a promotion that was on and got two different answers. At the cash, I got a third different answer. The people working here are too young and can’t be bothered to even know what the store’s promotions are. Also, the return policy is awful. Overall, bad policy and horrible service from uninformed teenagers.

There were alot of unique clothing there unfortunately I didn't get anything there because most of there has polyester and hair type clothes my daughter is allergic to o.. but.. it has some really cool girl/womens clothes I recommend to atleast check it out you might find something that fits your style safe shopping out there …

Lots of selections. The clothing for young girls is way to provocative and sexy for 14 and under. They shouldn't look like strippers or dress like women ready to get down. Do better by these innocent girls. The ones whose parents don't know what's available for wee ones in your store that advertises for girls.

Clean. Organized. Excellent employees and friendly service at cash. I usually do fast fashion tops and casual outfits. Some of the items do last and are of good quality. The store is well organized based on its size at prove point. A lot of things contain cotton and some natural fibres.

Slowest service I have ever received. There are maybe 20 people in line and only 2 staff members on cash, and one is counting cash. Management clearly has no idea how many staff members are needed during the busiest time of the year. I was here on December 23

Does anyone even work here? I get its a big store but I've never been greeted or told of sales, and have had to let myself into the change room cause no one was there, and had to wait at the check out until someone finally noticed I was there.

Zero stars.... If you want to see under age gurls shows off their buttons cheeks and mid drift shop there! Looks like they just rolled out of bed the staff. Highly inappropriate work attire and "Manger just laughs it off!"

I absolutely love the story. People say the quality isn’t good. You get what you pay for. The online shipping service is amazing. No shipping if you ship to the store. The sizing is OK for the most part.

I really liked that the sales people didn't bother me. I gave 4 stars because the check out could have been quicker there was no line up and I only had 1 item and it took 7 mins to pay for it.

The staff is very friendly here. That's very important. As expected, some prices are way too high, but some things that are on sale are quite reasonable.; Good selection of clothing.

Love this store. Great selection of clothing, shoes and more. Find the music gets too loud at times and feeling overwhelmed that at times I feel the need to get out.

No mirrors inside the change rooms which means 98% probability the items won't be purchased and no further items will be tried on. Won't go back.

Lots of clothes. Fashion trends and a few accessories such as shoes and handbags and earrings. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Great place to shop Caroline is amazing store Manager staff is in great hands with Caroline on duty.

They carry a great selection of products. However they should train their staff to be much nicer.
