This was my first ever visit to Mark's and it wasn't a pleasant one and I am not visiting them again ever. I would also proactively discourage my friends and family to avoid Mark's. I bought a winter boots last month and asked about the price adjustment policy. I was told if prices go down during the next 60 days they will match the price and refund the extra amount. During the black Friday sale, the prices did go down. I went to the store to match the price. Surprisingly the lady at the counter told me very rudely and in very condescending way (felt like racist to me) that the price adjustment policy is valid for only 2 weeks. I came back and checked the policy and it mentioned 30 days as stated below. "A: At Mark’s/L’Équipeur, we constantly strive to offer competitive prices in the market. Prior to purchase, if you find an item available for sale at a lower advertised price by our competitors; or within 30 days of your purchase, if you find your item advertised at a lower price by our competitors (or at our store) we will gladly match that price."

I really like this store and just before the holidays I spent over $500 here on clothing and gifts. I got an extra sweater under the buy one get one promo which I grabbed while at the cash since I didn't want to line up again to try it on at the store. At home the fit wasn't quite right and I went to exchange it for a different sweater. Even though the one I had was worth 40 and the one I wanted to exchange for was 25, they wanted me to pay 20 for the new one and refused to just let me swap the one I had for a different one. All the tags were on and I spent over $500 here! I can't believe they wouldn't let me just switch out for one I liked that was cheaper. I will be rethinking where I spend my money over this in the future. Very disappointing. I welcome the store to contact me to make things right.

No one cares if they make a sale or not, minimal effort into helping you, I had to ask for a manager to find the item I was looking for. that I drove 42km one way for. The manager said "We are not supposed to have it" I said "Your website said so thats why Im here" "you shouldn't trust the website" "well I did and here they are it was right, and you were about to send me home empty handed after I drove all this way" to which he said "oh people drive here from all kinds of places...." What is wrong with you?

I wish I could give less than a 1 star. They are rude, unhelpful and cheated me out of money. I wanted to return a hat I got for Christmas, it had the tag that said marks on it - it just didn't fit. They said there was nothing they could do, no receipt they would not honour the exchange. They recommended I donate the hat to charity. Stay away. Stay far away.

We went for the Black Friday sale and my daughter found a vest she really liked. They didn't have the size we needed unfortunately. They let us order the size we wanted for the Black Friday sale price! We got an $80 vest for under $40! The staff has always been very helpful and wonderful everytime I have gone there.

Great Deals! Kelly was very helpful. Got the card that gave us an extra 20% off. Black friday was so busy and I felt sorry for the staff bacause I think a lot of people were signing up just for the discount. The man ahead of us in line was extremely rude, the poor cashier had her hands tied. See you soon Marks

I Found a really good pair of Work boots but although the staff is friendly. One of the clerks I asked to check for a shoe size took about 15 minutes to come back and when he did, he had clocked out and was about to walk right past me. All I got from him was a whoops and we don't have that size...

The prices can be pretty high but the clearance section is really good, And they have lots of sales all the time. They carry top brands, and even their own brands are very good quality. Friendly staff who aren't pushy like at some other locations, and the store is well laid out/organized.

This was my first visit to this Mark's. They had some very good sales and clearance offers, plus some lovely fall sweaters. I was there at least an hour. I ended up treating myself to a number of apparel pieces, all at a good price. Most

Great guy friendly store. Easy in, grab what you need, super quick, organized cashier exits. I found a couple pairs of jeans, a few shirts, and a jacket in 15 minutes of total shopping time. Perfect.

I've dealt with marks for years I've never had any problems with them at all it's easy 2 stuff in the store and anytime I've had to return stuff quickly and efficiently I would recommend your store

Went to pick up my online order today and they couldn't find it for ten minutes. They asked if I had the right store and then looked again and finally found it. No apology, just "Oh here it is!"

This was the second time in 3 years I have been to this chain of store and yet again I'm disappointed scrub uniforms do not fit at all. I wish management would listen to their customers.

While the selection is good the cashier seemed like she would rather be doing something else. She wouldn't even crack a smile very dower. Otherwise good selection of clothes and shoes.

Was greeted as the door and asked how I could be help, found exactly what I was looking within a minute, and the helpful assistant (didn't catch her name) was very friendly and helpful

I purchased a new pair of workbooks on line but they were way to big. No problems when I returned them. These are both the same size but as you can see the Cats are way bigger.

Always enjoyed Mark's for work and casual wear(big Levi's fan). Often good selection in store or online, especially when there are sales which is quite often.

We order our company uniforms here. Staff offen seems slow to process things and unfamiliar with the process. However they are typically friendly and polite.

A pleasant trip for Christmas gifts. Love the store and their products. The quality is good and have never had a problem if need to return an item.
