My Aunty and Uncle used this company because they were advised they were reliable. The owner was polite however, on the day of moving there was supposed to be 4 removalists and only two turned up. One of the removalists was lazy and didn’t do much at all. Upon unpacking their boxes they found many damaged items. Some furniture items were damaged, scratched and dinted. Once they were finished and the bill was written up my Aunty was devastated with the cost. It was double the spoken price. They contacted the owner and he said there was nothing he could do about the damage because their items were not ‘packed by a professional packing company’, If this is the case it should be stated in writing when being hired by the client. All their furniture and items were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in boxes. They were even told that their wrapping was ‘professional like’. It is highly disappointing when you pay for a service and trust the company with your personal belongings only to find that they don’t show any empathy or care in their profession. I will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future as they were highly unprofessional!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt it was necessary here. Bennett and his team were simply fantastic. Coordinating moves out of 2 homes (my partner’s and my own) and a move in to another (our new family home) was made easy by Marshall’s. Particularly their ability to move AND store goods. My partner and I both lead busy professional lives so our involvement being limited to just opening up the front door for Bennett and his team (i.e. there being no need for us to commit time to the storage process) was an immense benefit. When they were at the home, Marshall’s were effective, efficient and notably well mannered, all of which made for a very pleasant experience. Bennett even completed a ‘kitchen remodel’ on our move into our new home, removing and refitting the overhead fridge cabinet so our current fridge would fit. We were able to cancel our order for a new fridge because of this, savings us many hundreds of dollars. We cannot imagine any other Moving business offering this level of service. I entirely and thoroughly recommend Bennett and his team and they will certainly be our Mover of choice for any subsequent move we make.

Don't holler for a Marshall here. This bloke calls himself a businessman, wrong! He will leave you literally in the dark. First says, yes I'll take on the job, then he changes his mind. What an absolute farce. Stay away from Marshall, period. Marshall's are not professional in any way. Thanks for letting us down. You are the worst removalist who I have ever come across. I WILL never recommend you to anyone. After the way I was treated, I hope now others will change their minds before using your service. Shame on you Marshall's. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

We moved recently with Marshall's and were very impressed with the whole process. Both of our online orders for packing materials were delivered promptly. Bennett was very professional, friendly and helpful to deal with. He and Adam were both incredibly quick & efficient with moving all our furniture & belongings on the day. We couldn't believe it was all done in 3 hours, much less time than expected (which kept our cost right down too). Plus nothing was damaged in the process. We would highly recommend Marshall's & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Miracle workers! Marshall's Removals saved the weekend! We planned to move ourselves and my husband fell ill the day before moving. Within 24 hours Marshalls came to the rescue and arrived promptly at 8am as arranged. Mark, Chris and John were an excellent team of professionals, working hard and just getting the job done efficiently but while being extremely cautious with our entire house contents. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was on point. Worth every single dollar $$ !! Thank you.

Bennett squeezed us in even though they were fully booked for the week. Adam and John arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They move really quick but very careful. Nothing was banged against the wall and placed things down carefully. We had a second floor but these guys don't mind. They were able to get everything done in less than 3 hours and was able to move all our stuff in 1 trip. So happy with the service and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I rang Bennett at 8am in the morning asking for help because our last movers stiffed us and he booked me in right away and sent down Jordy and Adam who arrived on time with such a great attitude. They were so quick with everything I needed and were so helpful! Loaded the truck up and off they went promptly to the new house. They were also so friendly and I definitely recommend these guys! The guys from Marshall's were professional and polite at every stage of our move. Despite it being a hot and humid day, and us being booked in for the afternoon as their second job the day, they sure did work hard. They moved quickly (without rushing - absolute care was taken with every item) to get the job done! We had only temporarily moved for renovations to be completed and will definitely be using Marshall's for the return trip.

Moved house and chose Marshall's specifically due to their high rating on Google and Facebook, cannot recommend these guys enough. Friendly, quick and damn efficient! Moved a 3 bedroom house from Melton to Wyndham Vale in under the quoted 4 hours (this included travel, loading and unloading). There's a good reason why this company has so many 5 star review and every single one of them is a testament to their service.

I used these guys years ago, and with my recent move, had no hesitation in calling them again. They moved me out in one hour and move me in in another hour not through rushing though . We used Marshall's for our move from Bacchus Marsh to Ballarat. They were exceptional! Very efficient in loading and unloading. Went above and beyond in dismantling legs off our very large dining table to fit it through the narrow doorways. They were so easy and pleasant to deal with. We moved just over a week ago from Caroline Springs to Murray Bridge SA and these guys were fantastic. Quick, punctual and efficient but careful with out furniture with a minimum of fuss. Cameron and John recently moved us into our new home. Despite the heavy gym equipment and stairs in the new house, both of the guys were extremely efficient and careful with our possessions.
