My family went here specifically to buy a bottle of wine. We mentioned that this same bottle was slightly less expensive elsewhere. The owner/server got high and mighty and refused to sell us this bottle although we were willing to pay the stated price! Unacceptably rude and arrogant service. Go anywhere but here. If we could give 0 stars we would.

This store has a huge range of pretty much everything and the service is excellent. Price-wise it's on a par and in some cases better than Dan Murphy's but the selection is better eg quality European wines and spirits and some international beers that you can't find anywhere else. Absolutley recommend a visit to this place.

This is one of Sydney's best and most outstanding liquor shops. The service and range of liquor is tremendous. This is a family run business with thoughtful and hospitable staff. The selection of wine is wide ranging and of a high quality. The store has two entrances and an excellent car park around the back.

love this bottle shop.The prices are cheaper than the big chain stores and the advice is always spot on. Great service, variety and prices.I was embarrassed the other day when I asked them to price match stoneleigh white and they had it cheaper than the other big name liquor store. Great Selection, but prices are inconsistent, they are still advertising last Christmas prices on their website, many prices on their brochures are crossed out and "Amended" sorry as much as I hate giving my $ to the Coles and Wollies boys, at least they are true to their prices. pity

Check used by dates, refuse your purchase if conveniently your used by date is smudged out, or looks to be sticker conveniently placed seems very unprofessional and very Rude and quite aggressive when challenged about the smudged and cover up of used by dates on several items.

Really nice and well stocked store with heaps of variety. The team is very helpful and knows their stuff. Can be little pricey at times but mostly they've got good prices. Only make sure that you never use the shop as a walk through. They don't like it!!!!

What a great shop. If what you want is not there I would be surprised. Very helpful staff. Got my bucket of shots which I was handing out at a fancy dress wedding. (If you want to know what was in little red riding hoods basket )

Always pleasant and always greeted with a smile, very knowledgable and the recommendations are always spot on. Prices are competitive but it's that personalised service you don't get from the big chains that does it for me.

Always great service, knowledgeable, good selection (including better beers than the standard boring ones) and good prices. Even import stuff direct, like dodgy cheap vodka that turns out to be quite drinkable!

First and last! Unpleasant experience due to terrible customer service from an elderly woman who looked so unhappy serving PAYING customers. Quit if you're not happy with your work. NO GOOD....NO GOOD.

Great selection of really good wine. Beer fridges could be cooler. All round excellent shop if you wish to stay away from Dan's and other major retailers choking out the small guys

Big bottelshop looks impressive I don't drink too much only in moderation. I like beer or two different types of beer but prefer 150lashes good beer of cours I'm love VB most .

Surprisingly excellent prices - always lower than all the major competitors, even the ones who claim to be cheapest. Customer service is always pleasant and efficient.
