Cant recommend John highly enough. My wife & I shopped around & I took a punt on Master Pro & the owner said this is MY Business. What a legend as the cost was very minimal for the work that he had to do any in stiffing heat & with expertise. Called 6 times, left 2 voicemails and left a text.i waited an hour before I gave up and I've still never heard back from them. They are supposed to be the registered locksmith for my building. Absolutely horrible service. Had to call another company that picked up on the first ring.
