The food was good and was up to par. This concludes the positive aspect of the review. My issue was the service. I drove through a few times during 7-10pm and the softserve and ice frappe machine was not working. (not sure if it's the same machine). when I asked the staff about when the machine would be working again, they seem rude and annoyed (probably from being asked the same question everyday. ) Ordering large meals may prove to be challenging, as the staff have a tendency to be inconsistent in getting orders correct. This dining spot may not be the worst, but I recommended to choose other options if available.

I don’t normally write reviews but this has to be the worst McDonald’s in the southern hemisphere no joke. If I could give 0 stars I would, anyone that has put anything above 1 star must have mates or family working there. They always forget something it’s ridiculous or they just completely make the wrong order. Fill your chips up half and the staff are just lazy. Do yourself a favour and drive 2 minutes down the road to a better McDonald’s. Absolute garbage.

Today I came in with my family and got served by an individual at the front wearing glasses. I was unable to catch his name due to him moving extremely fast to service out orders. Himself and an Emily were outstanding and ensured our orders were met to a high standard. We were treated well and always had a smile on their faces. Very impressed !!! Best customer service I’ve received at this store, and we have been regulars here for years.

Visited on 8am Friday, May 2019. Ordered Mighty McMuffin meal with small Flat White. Meal cost $9.20. McD located conveniently beside BP Gas Station. Friendly staff. Convenient drive thru. Ordered thru machine, 4-5 staff working on morning hours. Clean toilets, maybe because it’s early morning. Burger was Soso as bacon can be cooked better . Hashbrown a little bit cold but it’s ok. Good coffee! Tips: Try their coffee! And Special Wagyu beef burgers

Bad service. I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order for a good almost 10mins. Mean while the workers were having a nice little chat while using profanities in a place where young children could hear. Hmm..not so professional.

I bought a meal after training. I was in a hurry so I just took the bag and left the drive through. I checked the bag quickly after. My fries were put upside down.... a mess in the bag. Tasted like maccas which is decent, but maybe dont throw my fries up side down in the bag next time, check before serving.

Absolutely amazing service! Jennifer allowed me to experience a wonderful time by engaging in customer interaction with me, she even made sure my food was fresh! Jennifer for president 2023! The manager girl in the glasses threw my straw in front of me and gave attitude as i was ordering i felt offended and attacked as i was a victim of this behaviour, would not recommend to come to this Maccas.

Disgusting. Don't waste your money. Bacon and egg mcmuffin with only one piece of Bacon the size of a 50c piece. No ham at all so had a cheese and tomato toasting but bearly toasted. Coffee only just hot. Never eating at McDonald's again. More
