I'm not quiet sure where to start. 1.30pm (approx) Sept 24 2023. There was one lady infront of me and myself. I ordered just a Big Mac only. So not too busy. Both the lady infront of me and myself waited I'd say a good 3 min before the boys out the back finished their conversation and started to get ready to make the burgers. Which is frustrating, it took over 10 min for both myself and the lady infront of me who ordered 2 hamburgers and a Big Mac to get our order. My Big Mac was fine, standard and as to be expected. However, 3 girls at the front. One girl taking orders. Seemed nice and was doing her job. 2 other girls... Wow! Spent the entire time on their phones and giggling to each other about who was writing on each post. When a previous customer asked to get a straw, one of them looked up, annoyed that the lady interrupted her and went "here!" Now the really grose bit. A customer after us had ordered a coffee. I saw one of the girls pull the milk jug down, pull a face, pulled the other girl over to inspect the contents, have a few words and agreed whatever was there was fine to use. They then added milk and began to make the coffee. If they were questioning it, I'm not sure if it was clean or even fresh to use. While this whole milk situation is happening they are still going back and forth between their phones. This is all in about 10 min or so. I looked down the back to the managers office. There is a staff member just hanging out at the door obviously chatting with the manager. Did I say anything? No. Should I have? Maybe, but ran the risk of being called a Karen. I don't want to do the whole "in my day" I did work at Maccas when I was a teen. And my store was far from good. But we would have been slaughtered if we're spending more time let alone any time on our phones than doing our job. And our managers always hung out the the registers. It was the milk that got me.

Waited 15 minutes for my order received it cold asked them for fresh chips they did swap it. But also not fresh... manager was rude and said she was on her break, and we had no option but to wait until her break was over,

It took over 15 minutes for 2 McFlurry to be made. HA! what a joke. At the same a staff with a silver stud on his front lower lip, stand beside the 2 two McFlurry at the front counter without noticed and it sit on the counter for another 3mins. Shame!! - Take note Food and Safety officer. I will be reporting this.

I bought a double fillet o fish, and I dont normally review places unless its really good or really bad. But this place had the worst burger ive ever eaten in mcdonalds ever.

Not a bad McDonald's. It is the usual McDonald's experience. It can get busy as it is a small food court with not much competition. My experience today was possibly the fella making my burger didn't like me. It looked like it had been squashed in rage via a clenched fist. Tasted okay though.

The worst service i have ever experienced at a Maccas store, they forgot my order and gave another customer who ordered after me the last of the coffee syrup to make an ice coffee frappe. The staff didn't even advise me of this issue until i asked after waiting for 15min.

I give it four stars because I found a cockroach in my orange juice drink when I took it back the lady was really nice and the lady got the manager and then they give me another free drink and she apologized thank you

Can’t wait for the new country manager to start next week - current staff Centrelink doesn’t open until January 3rd. Also the ice cream machine doesn’t go into heat mode at 4.02 pm - rookie mistake

This is the worst ever customer service I have ever experienced in my life, we had couple of orders and she(manager) was horribly rude. Don't know how she works and treats with the bunch of kids. It's better she behaves properly with the customers.

The young lady that was serving tonight done exceptionally well. The supervisor looked like he didn't wanna be there and was Moody as!but the young lady was awesome.

Asked for NO cheese on my muffin and I GOT CHEESE!! such a simple request and waited so long for my order, seriously not impressed. Waist of money for me as I cannot eat cheese so could not eat the muffin.

The cashier wasn't focusing on her job, while she was on her phone, and talking to the other staff about inappropriate things. Took 7min for 4 cones. Disappointing. Hope to see a better manner next time.

The service here is appalling! The staff don’t seem to know what they’re supposed to be doing! And I just watched a girl take minutes to put 3 stickers on a delivery bag! It was hard to watch!!

Under staffed, watched the manager stir a cup of coffee at such a speed was so hypnotic, people lining up, one person serving and taking orders.. took almost 15 min's to serve 5 hashbrowns

Ladies bathrooms were very dirty looked as if they had not been cleaned within 24 hours, chips were cold. Just passing through so won’t be going back .

The manager and young man were great at the.service counter. One girl was not exactly customer friendly but it was pretty busy. 4 stars...otherwise 5!

Most slow ignorant kids ever !!! People stand and they completely ignore them !

I'm there @ least 3 Times a week can't beat the service n cleanliness .. Top staff must try it convenience is the essence here .

Terrible tasting coffee and burger compared to other macca's stores that I've been too. The only thing i enjoyed were the chips.

Nice food but their iced coffee is something to be desired. It's just coffee flavored milk with added ice cubes for coldness.

Chips was cold. Had to go back. To get hot ones. Young girl wasn't happy with me. Asking for hot chips
