I just want to say I always have the most pleasant experience when I come through drive thru. The staff are always so lovely and I just get the best customer service experience! Everytime we get takeaway the food is substandard. You have the worst fries of any other McDonald's we have been to, they are cold, soggy oversalted just overall yuk. The drinks don't have enough ice and a lot of the time the coke is flat. I think overall you can do much better than what you are doing More

Waited 20 minutes for cold food and employees seemed disinterested and rude. They didn’t add the extras we asked for and also they failed to provide us with the complementary glass that comes with the meal deal we ordered. Overall experience wasn’t nice. Wouldn’t reccomend this to ANYONE. More

MacDonalds is getting worse and worse. 3 managers in there tonight. Zero person cleaning. Store is putrid filthy, disgusting on every single surface floor to roof. Luke warm food falling to pieces with minimal ingredients. This has to be the last time I eat here. Easy or not. More

I don't eat McDonald's very often at all. Maybe once a year. The last 4-5 times I've been, the wait was astronomical, at least 15 minutes. It's supposed to be fast food. I got some frozen cokes for myself and my kids and they were only half full. Very disappointing!

Got something delivered with uber eats and they forgot to put my wrap in the bag before packaging it and sending it off, after that we called them and the service was spectacular they apologised and gave us a free large chips when we got there More

This is one of those Macca's that you think of on the drive home, and you know will never let you down. A lot of Macca's will give you mediocre food on a busy day, but at Emu Plains, it's never busy enough for them to sell themselves short

To be honest I had the greatest customer service from the manager looking after my order, he seen me sitting down at the table waiting for my order to be ready and he took it upon himself to walk my food over to me when my order was ready,

This McDonalds is actually pretty convenient. It’s in a good spot if you live in the Blue Mountains and want to get something quick without having to go into Penrith. The staff are always friendly and the food is pretty much always right

One staff member trying to do it all at 8am on a Sunday morning. Put some staff on! Poor kid was trying to serve drive thru customers while also serving counter customers while also making coffee in McCafe! As a result my coffee was weak

I use their drive thru a couple of times a week and they have to be the friendliest McDonalds staff. There is a young gentleman on drive thru at lunchtime and he is very polite and friendly and should be commended on great customer

Huge thanks to the cooks tonight my grill burger was cooked and looked just like the picture, not to much sauce and right amount salad. It was also really hot as were the chips and nuggets. Good work Emu Mc Donalds. More

12:20am 5/2/2022 walked in and employee kicked customers out for not wearing a mask but proceeded to wear his under his chin, extremely disappointing, employee was also walking around on his mobile phone. Very unhappy.

This store can be hit and miss. One day the food will be excellent, the next it's like a cold cardboard box. If they can improve their consistency with their food then I would rate them much higher.

Think they forgot to put milk in my hot chocolate ‍♂️was way too rich to drink & forgot the maple syrup for my pancakes. Hash brown was ok. 1 out of 3 pretty ordinary

Don't use the drive thru. They don't listen. I only ordered 2 extra hot coffees and a hash brown. What did I receive.

The state of this maccas was disgusting, the toilets were unsanitary and they just had rubbish all over the place.
