Absolutely wonderful experience ordering from Melba's. I live across the country and ordered an arrangement online for my parents directly from their website. I included a note about delivery and even got a call from the delivery driver before they delivered to confirm everything. My parents were so impressed by not only the gorgeous flower arrangement but also how kind and professional the delivery person was when my father needed assistance placing the flowers on the table just inside the front door. Two weeks later and the flower arrangement is still going (the roses even lasted a full week!). These really brightened my parents' holiday season. Excellent service and quality. I will definitely order from Melba's again in the future!

I had very high hopes with all the great reviews but unfortunately, my experience was not that. Not only was the bouquet different from what I ordered and It had dead flowers. When I arrived to pick up the bouquet, I mentioned that this is not what I asked for, and the flowers were dead and I received the worst customer service ever not only were they rude but They were unwilling to fix the bouquet because I had already paid online. This was the worst experience I’ve had with the florist and will not be coming back. I hope you take the same advice.

I am filming in Albuquerque and received 3 dozen roses from Melba’s Flowers from my significant other. They were absolutely beautiful. I was in shock that everyone of them were stunning and big. They were full and lasted 2.5 weeks. They would have lasted longer I believe if I would have done more. Thank you for the beautiful flowers and the wonderful vase as well. It was a wonderful surprise. And I am grateful for your service.

First time ordering from Melba’s and it was the best experience. I ordered a Christmas grave spray for my mom and I indicated what i was looking for. It was much more gorgeous than I expected and a great price! Staff are so welcoming and friendly too! Will use Melba from now on.

Sent a white arrangement and the flowers were overblown and actually had expired flowers in it. I am embarrassed Melba’s delivered the arrangement. Do better Melba’s! not only do I not recommend you and I think others should be warned!
