Ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend for our anniversary to be delivered at her job. Paid CASH. Order was apparently delivered to a person who kept the arrangement. When I asked for a refund (because I paid cash and never received flowers), store personnel told me I'd have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for a mailed check! They dont refund cash at the store! Wait! What?? Also the fact that I didn't receive my order wasn't their fault. They made the delivery! I was speechless at that point. Absolutely zero accountability or concern for what happened. I get no product which I paid for (receipt in hand). They get to keep my cash until feel like returning it! Clearly the refund policy is there as a deterrent to force the customer into accepting a replacement order! How you feel about their products and service is a secondary issue once they have your money! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I went through People's Nob Hill to buy all of my wedding flowers: my bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, my husband's boutonniere, and groomsmen's boutonnieres. They were all beautiful and easily one of the best parts of my wedding day! They were high quality while also a good fit for my budget. Victor was a fantastic consultant and understood exactly what I wanted. I paid for the flowers with convenient payments, and pickup was a breeze. Whenever I can, I'll be going back to People's for its friendly service and wonderful products!

I finally found an Albuquerque florist I genuinely love! Someone at People's is an artistic genius of the highest order, with an incredible eye for putting colors and textures together I never would have thought of...every bouquet or arrangement truly is a work of art! The flowers are always delivered on time and are super fresh, too, lasting much longer than I'd expect. I'm so glad I found this shop and highly recommend them to all!

I called from Pittsburgh to have flowers delivered to a hospital downtown. I was nervous since I wasn't going to be able to see the flowers myself, and the last company I used did a terrible job. The lady that answered was very helpful and friendly, and I got a photo of the lilies with lemons and they were gorgeous, with about 15 flowers. It's been a few days now and some are still blooming. I'll be using Peoples from here on out!

I ordered online, a beautiful bouquet to be sent to my sister in Albuquerque. I live in North Idaho so I’m not familiar with this shop. Ordered a bouquet of Sunflowers for a co-worker's farewell. The arrangement was beautiful! It was full and the flowers were very fresh and not damaged or wilting. I stop in the Nob Hill shop every couple of weeks to get fresh flowers. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I especially like that they are concerned for our environment by investing in solar power and provide flowers that are grown in an environmentally sustainable way. The prices are very reasonable too. Heather is who most recently helped me and was great!!

I am by no means a flower aficionado, but on the phone and at the shop the staff was remarkably pleasant and easy to work with. The flowers all looked to be in great shape; the bouquets I ended up getting did remarkably well, handling several of my transport abuses, botched unwrapping and re-wrapping attempts... and still looked fresh as new 3 days later!

I have purchased many delivered bouquets from this shop and they are always lovely. Only downside is the website never allows me to log in - you have to prove you’re not a robot and then wait for an email that never comes. It’s ok, except they tout their rewards program and I can never participate. However anytime I need flowers in ABQ, I use Peoples!

I ordered flowers for my wife at this location again. I love this little quaint shop! It's got a classic look and located conveniently in Nob Hill right down the street from my favorite lunch spot! Every time I come, I am greeted by a friendly and helpful staff members! And the flowers.... WOW! They are always arranged so well, my wife loves them!

Flowers were delivered but didn't last 3 days. When I called and complained I was basically told to go pound sand. Victor was unhelpful and the manager was unbelievablely rude. This 25th anniversary will always be remembered thanks to the dead roses on my table. Will never shop there again, once you pay, they no longer care for the consumer.

The shop is beautiful but the staff was rude and not helpful at all. The cashier or whoever she was up front didn't make eye contact and seemingly dismissed my request right away. She even quotes me a bad price per sten on stargazers when I asked about them. I wanted to support a local shop but I'll be going online for flowers from now on.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering during the pandemic, but the woman who delivered my arrangement for my husband left them on the bench by the porch and waited for someone to answer. She confirmed the name of the recipient and kept her distance. I appreciate her, and People's Flower protocol.

The service and selection were the best in my area. They were the only shop to have succulents. I really liked that they sent me an email telling me that the plant had been delivered. I had ordered the arrangement online around 10pm the previous night, and it was delivered before noon the next day. The recipient was very pleased.

The ordering process was super easy but the best part was how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. Each stem was in its own individual water container which I appreciated greatly! The flowers were delivered by 9am but I didn’t get them until 6pm yet they were still perfect. Three days later they are still gorgeous.
