I highly recommend NOT coming here for your wedding or any important event. The quality we were given was terrible. The experience was awful and disappointing for our wedding. The day of the wedding, we received our flowers and they were in the worst quality they could have possibly been in. Disappointingly enough, it was noticeable in our wedding photos and overall experience. Most of the flowers provided were dry. The flowers that were pink or white looked more brown than pink or white, the flowers had a brown hue to the petals and continued browning at the church, the centerpiece flower arrangement, and the flower girls bouquets were a lot smaller than what had been described to us, the boutonnieres kept falling off of the men, especially the groom. We contacted them to express our disappointment, hoping for a genuine apology and to request a refund that we felt would be fair. A refund was given, but it was not discussed with us or one we felt was fair. They tried justifying to us why they were dry by saying verbatim, "it was a warm day which would account for some of them drying a bit," which disappointed us even more. They didn't care to apologize, respond after that or be customer focused. Terrible experience for a wedding. If we could help a bride and groom or anyone for that matter, to NOT experience what we did, then I hope this review helps. Do better! Unable to post photos here, will post on Yelp!

I have been buying flowers steadily from Peoples for years. The arrangements are always beautiful and fresh. If for some reason there is ever an issue they will make it right without a hassle. I frequent the Montgomery location where the staff is friendly, helpful and takes an interest in chatting with you about your order. A bonus is the weekend individual flower discount when you buy a dozen or more. My internet soapbox moment: If you are unsatisfied with service you receive from any business the adult thing to do is contact them and attempt to resolve the issue before posting a dramatically scathing review on the internet. If you aren't able to reach a reasonable solution then post a fair review. Most good businesses will want to keep you as a customer and work things out to your satisfaction. Negatively reviewing a business without giving them a chance to make it right can affect many people's livelihood. Let's not be a society of complainers but instead be honest and fair.

Sonrisa Blooms LLC is where you should take your hard earned money! That's what I did after I called People's Flowers. People's flowers said they couldn't deliver flowers without a phone number because of the Pandemic. I was trying to go above and beyond to keep these flowers a surprise and this shop simply wouldn't help me. Sonrisa Blooms LLC was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND AMAZING. She was so accommodating in how to deliver and when to deliver, she ask about the person I was sending flowers to so she could design specifically for my friend. She delivered the SAME DAY even after a unexpected snow storm. The flowers were GORGEOUS and she even sent a picture of them to me for before she delivered them. I wish I lived by their shop!!!!! So I'm really glad People's Flowers didn't want to help me.

I ordered the Summer Splendor for a coworker because her dog of 15 years passed away. What I received was nothing like the picture online. The flowers that were delivered have only one sunflower that looks like it has life and there is not a single orange/red rose. The purple roses in place of them are tiny, not like the bigger ones in the picture, and the bouquet is mostly made up of carnations. Very disappointed! A manager Josh called me immediately after posting this review and was amazing! He offered to correct the order or credit my account. I so appreciate a business that follows up with reviews and genuinely cares about making it right. I will definitely continue to do business with Peoples and trust that they will fulfill my orders as requested!

I have used People's Flowers for years. Yesterday I had an issue. I was a little upset on my daughters flowers showing up late. It was to be a surprise so I called her so she wouldn't leave work. Today I received a phone call from Josh. That probably meant more to me than anything. First off I want to thank Josh for the phone call. At the time when I wrote my first post yes I was a little upset. Josh offered to refund my money which I said no you're a business you need the money. The phone call was exactly what I needed. So we compromised and Josh waived the fee for delivering the flowers. I want everyone to know that I wish more businesses were like this and again thank you Josh and I will be using people's flowers again.

I will NEVER use another flower shop as long as I live in NM. They blew my expectations away. The prices are very fair, and the flowers are the absolute best I've ever seen. I've used them several times now. Each time they arrived on time in perfect shape, and I always get the reaction I'm looking for. If you dont use Peoples Flower Shop you are doing yourself a great misdeed. Use them! They're by far the best in the state. Oh and if you're like me and have no clue what to send, they're reps are extremely knowledgable and always pick out exactly what you're trying to say. They rock!!! Thx guys for being there, and being the best at what you do. One extremely happy customer.

My sister has an account with Peoples, and she always sends us the best gifts through them: flowers, candy, balloons. On my son's birthday, I was particularly pleased with the great service that deliveryman Marc A. provided when delivering a balloon bouquet. When he saw that my son is a toddler, he warned me to get rid of the plastic bag the bouquet came in since it is a safety hazard, and even helped me with the bouquet when my son cried out b/c he saw me reaching out the front door. I wish I'd had money to tip Marc, but since I didn't I wanted to call out his excellent service here! Thank you Marc, and thank you Peoples :)

Always a super job with presentation as well as delivery. The "Luxury Roses" are the best- I always add three white roses. Your web site is easy to follow and order flowers for delivery. People's is the BEST ! YOU have my most high marks,... Another SUPER flower arrangement delivered on my behalf- One dozen white roses and three red. Save your time and your money. I went on Tuesday 10/26 to get an arrangement, paid over $80, and by Wednesday 10/27 half the flowers were drooping and dead. ONE SINGLE AFTERNOON. How disappointing and embarrassing to give your spouse of 21 years a bouquet of flowers that lasted only ONE SINGLE AFTERNOON! $80 dollars wasted on a pointless arrangement of flowers.... Needless to say I will never be using them ever again. Paying outrageous prices for nothing in return. THAT is what you get with People's Flowers.

Ordered flowers for my granddaughter who has Lupus and was not feeling well but also had an Awards Ceremony she had to attend..Ask that they be delivered. Had her roommate stay home all afternoon for delivery..Stated no one was home..Prior requested they did not call my granddaughter..I live in Costa Mesa, CA. They ended up calling my granddaughter now she is picking up her flowers... Wasted time..NO SURPRISE!!! Very upset ...!!!!-#!

We worked with the Montgomery location for our wedding flowers (October 2022) , which included a waterfall bridal bouquet and flowers for attendants. The flowers were all beautiful and held their freshness for a long time (and dried well). Working with the staff was easy; we had one in-person meeting and a few check-ins by phone. I was honestly surprised at the good value and wonderful results. I highly recommend People's Flowers.

I recently visited to plan some arrangements for my wedding and the staff was outstanding. I only needed a few things and they helped me pick everything out on the spot. A few days later I decided to send my fiancé flowers for her birthday. I purchased these from the website and it turned out amazing. Delivery was really fast and the arrangement was beautiful. This is the only florist I will be using in the future.

I've been buying flowers from this place for years, despite the mediocre service. Today I bought a bunch for Mother's Day, but when I got home, the flowers were in bad shape. I went to return them, but the staff were extremely rude. Instead of apologizing, they were treating me like it was my fault somehow. I definitely will not be shopping here again...will be going to Albertson's for even less expensive flowers.

I have always been very pleased with my flowers from Peoples. I waited to see just how long my "Tuesday" buy flowers would last. I received them on August 20th. This is our September 21st morning. My wife and I had People's Flower's as the vendor for our wedding . Unfortunately, they were noticeable in our wedding photos. We expected better quality, especially for such an important event such as a wedding. We highly recommend not coming here for a big event such as a wedding. We regretted our decision and would hate for anyone else to feel that way as well.

Once again, Peoples came through for me on a last minute chaotic order. The flowers were beautiful and honestly, I could not be more pleased. The ladies at this store, Cindy and Carol put together a colorful, bright, and bold flowered arrangement that I gave to my aunt was she was really sick. I love this flower shop. The arrangements are always beautiful and the customer service is exceptional. I ordered an arrangement for a friend and unfortunately we had a slight miscommunication about the order color and when I called to discuss the situation they so graciously listened to my concerns and offered to redo the arrangement for me.

This location was awful to me and my daughter. I tried to order flowers for a funeral and at first tried asking about lilies 2 dozen. She said her other location may be best, I then asked about any white flowers that would be available and she again dismissed me and told me about her other location. If you don't want business then shut down.

My mom and I were doing a 4-legged race to help Viva NM Rural Animal Rescue and Peoples was one of the stops. We created a vase with flowers as instructed and they came out wonderful. We were happy to get to keep them and my mom and I appreciate their help with saving animals from being destroyed and finding them forever homes.

When I send flowers to Tijeras, I always get a message that the arrangement chosen is not available for that zip code, then I am shown an available arrangement that costs $10 more. Since the delivery charge is around $25, you should be able to deliver the arrangement originally selected without the bait and switch.

Got some surprise flowers and I have to say it is the most sad arrangement I have ever gotten. They look like they were plucked from an unkept garden that no one else cared about. All the pink roses have brown lines and alot of them have been cut off. It lookseems like they threw it together at the last second.

I ordered the Just Happy Bouquet to be delivered to my mother's work place for her birthday. The measly looking flowers they sent were far below the quality that is advertised. I have bought much nicer bouquets at Smith's for much less. Edit: After the flowers bloomed, the bouquet was beautiful.

The woman who answered the phone, Kelly, was gracious, friendly, and patient. She assured me she'd make sure the flowers going to my wife would be beautiful, and that's exactly what she did. The arrangement is gorgeous, and my wife seemed pretty happy with me. This is now my go-to ABQ florist.

Beautiful arrangements and a super friendly staff! Their prices are marginally higher than your usual grocery stores but we've found that the flowers last significantly longer than other places. I'd guess it's a combination of their walk in flower refrigerators, expert care, and freshness.

I have had tremendous trouble trying to find a florist that would deliver to Tijeras New Mexico, I finally contacted this florist and they were able to deliver a beautiful bouquet of roses to my girlfriend that works In Tijeras. This florist never seems to stop amazing me.

Pretty good selection and good prices for making your own bouquets, but some of the older ladies were rude, unhelpful, and wouldn’t even arrange the flowers in the bouquet when it was a large bouquet, stating: “she or you get to arrange them.” Go to another location.

Arrangements were fine but I wanted to purchase a vase I saw when I put my order in and they wouldn't sell it to me because they put some flowers in it, I guess they made their quota and didn't need the sale the manager was rude, we won't be back

My husband ordered orange roses and they were already brown on the edges the day they were delivered. By the second day they were wilting! I've bought roses at Trader Joe's that lasted for weeks and were less expensive.
