Melbourne Mini Storage was great. Needed to store my stuff while going overseas for about 2 months and was perfect. Had really easy access with my own pin code so I could come and go as I please and the storage units were clean and modern. The space I rented was just the right size for all my furniture and belongings and the cost was more than reasonable. Moving things in and out was also really easy with a loading bay and trolleys for the heavier items. Overall, I would have to say the highlight for me was that Tony and Meg were really helpful and always greeted you with a smile and offered to help you in anyway possible. If I or any of my friends were looking for storage in the future I would recommend Melbourne Mini Storage without hesitation.

I stored my personal belongings with Melbourne Mini Storage for 12 years while I worked and lived overseas until recently and would highly recommend this business. During that time Tony and Iona were always fantastic and really accommodating given the timezone difference when communicating with them. Everything is a breeze such as the loading bay, secure gate access, ample dollies to move stuff around and good responsiveness if you need anything else. Tony and Iona are genuinely friendly, exceptionally kind and helpful. They both went above and beyond to help me store my goods and I can't rate them highly enough! The facility is very easy to access being on a corner, with street parking on Barkly St along one side of the building as well as an undercover car park right near their goods lift. The units are well constructed and the overall facility feels very secure and is kept really clean. I highly recommend if you need storage.

Another positive experience and recommendation: I had a small amount of belongings and was accommodated with the perfect sized locker for nearly 2 years, having moved overseas - and initially for only 12 months. Iona and Tony were accommodating with the extensions until my plans firmed up and also my mum was easily able to access/come and go as needed. Lovely staff, answered all my many queries patiently (I am new to the world of storage), the facility was clean and seems very safe with all the codes and alarms and locks and keys, and were very gracious and helpful when I asked them to go above and beyond, they did so for me - thanks guys! A lovely, family business, super duper convenient location too, and as well as the street parking there are some of their own parking spots there too.

We had a fantastic experience with Melbourne Mini Storage for a small storage space while we prepared our house for sale. We hired a medium sized storage unit which easily fitted a number of small items of furniture and boxes and boxes of toys. Hired out a locker for a month and found the service and support from Melbourne Mini storage fantastic. The showed me around the facilities, each of the different locker sizes (which were empty). Responses via email or call were prompt, with much flexibility offered. there is a garage attaching to the storage entrance, providing you shelter when bringing in or out stuffs under bad weather condition. highly recommended!

As victims of the housing crisis, my wife & I stored some belongings there for a eight months or so. Iona & Tony were the friendliest operators I have ever dealt with. I would definitely give them five stars if storage was not so expensive. This is more a reflection on the industry in general, as it takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations.

This is a well located, secure storage site that was perfectly placed to help with the storage of my mother's belongings once she moved into supported accommodation. The whole leasing and moving-in experience was very positive and the rates competitive. In over twelve months of storage there has not been one issue or problem.

Service and communication was excellent. We relocated from Sydney in late September 2012 and decided to use MMS due to them being local to our temporary digs. We utilised MMS for 2 months until we found a permanent place and during the that time Tony & Meg were fantastic. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Tony is super friendly and a genuine person who is happy to help and make every visit as easy and friendly as possible.
