Hi Reviewers, I've been buying my drinks now from Mernda Cellars for last 6 years and wanted to share a review that should of been done along time ago. I remember moving to the area from the west and wanted to find a bottle shop that has a good name, warm welcoming and friendly communication. Well thats Adam and his Team, I've always enjoyed going in there, regardless if times are tough or special occasions, the service is always there and they have the right drinks for the right occasion. All you have to do is ask and Adam or his team will happily assist. I can guarantee that you will walk into Mernda Cellars feeling welcomed and acknowledge and leave with a smile on your face. The guys who work here have superior customer service skills. Happiest friendliest most helpful staff I've one across. No matter what day you go in and who's working they're all just so lovely. And the prices of their stock is fantastic. It's a few extra bucks in your pocket you will be saving if chosing here over BWS at woolies with many items. Give your local guys a go and support the small independent shops

What a great business. You can usually tell when the person that greets you owns the business. Adam runs a clean tidy shop with a sharp smile and very sharp prices You can’t buy good old fashioned service like I just received Well done Adam And thanks for the great experience

Great Service, Very Friendly & Helpful, they didn't have the alcohol in stock that I was chasing around for, but when I went back a few days later there it was waiting for me.. They listen to what people want :)
