Good place to charge your phone if you have no other access to electricity. The security guards are pretty cool, just tell them you're homeless and need to charge up. They'll leave you alone.
I've lived in Melbourne for over 50 years and worked in the city for about 40. As a local, I'm a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and how rough the city has become.
