The repairman was prompt, honest and offered several options based on cost and not once was there any pressure for a hard-sell. Travis Castillo did his best to meet my requests and had a plan “B” & “C” just in case. I was made aware of all the efforts taken and I appreciated the information up front. His task and attitude were always professional and courteous. The repairman did not consider the job complete until I was shown all that was done and a thural clean-up was performed. I had a clogged drain deep in my pipeline ,, Greyson arrived in with his wet jet to clear drain from what was clogging it,,, he ended up asking me for a coat hanger,,, I watched him attach it to jet along with camera end up pulling the rubber item out with coat hanger… THAT AMAZING to watch Super impressive… Greyson was constructive answering all my questions and concerns He gets 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The number listed on the google business page and on their website sends you to a call center that connects you to random plumbers. When I asked the guy why I wasn’t able to get connected to Miguel and Sons, he hung up on me and when I tried calling back again, it said that number was not in service. Seems like some kind of scam. The number is definitely listed on Miguel and Sons website too ‍♀️

Ruben was thorough, found multiple leaks under the building and fixed them. We thought the water heater needed new heating elements as well, but he waited to check on the hot water after he corrected the pipes. He saved me from having a costly, unnecessary appliance repair. Ruben was knowledgeable and respectful. I will use this company again.

Brook and Connor did a wonderful task with replacing my toilet. They took the time to make sure the work was done right, even if it wasn't the original plan. They were knowledgeable and did a great job of outlining my options for moving forward. (In other news, they had great taste in music and were patient with my nosy dog!)

contacted first thing in the morning and Tyler was on site within a few hours (but could have been earlier). He was professional and made sure the drain was cleared multiple times and gave advice on how to identify that it was cleared. Would use this work again if we have another clog.

I was desperate to have a clog removed from my shower/tub. The plumber was respectful and professional. He was able to take care of the stoppage in all of 5 minutes. I am grateful, I couldn't get anyone to clear it for several days. I think the pricing for the work was fair.
