10/10 recommend Mill Street Florist. Where do I begin? Prompt email communication/follow up? Check. Exciting and fresh floral ideas for a fall wedding? Check. Amazing customer service? Check. From the moment I walked in their doors for my wedding consultation the florists were nothing short of amazing. They actaully seemed to be excited for my wedding! It was a fantastic experience. They showed me great ideas for my bridesmaid bouquets (way better than I had seen on Pinterest). Although I haven't had my wedding yet, I am now very very excited for my florals and to work with such a great team. Also, did I mention their prices were beyond affordable? I do not have a large wedding budget but I was able to make my dreams come true AND MORE with them! Very respectful of my budget and style choices. I am very pleased with their service and will be telling everyone I know to use them for their wedding. Update I had my wedding with Mill street florist and they were EVEN MORE AMAZING than expected... which if you read above i had high expectations!!!! I love my bouquet, the arch pieces the bridesmiads bouquets but especially my flower crown it was exactly what I wanted.. even though I never found a picture of it they knew what to do!! 11/10 amazing

My daughter just came back distraught from a situation where her friend was treated terribly by who I believe may be the owner of this establishment. They agreed on a price and what was desired and the result was far short of expectations. It's busy, mother's day, so dealing with an unsatisfied customer can be difficult, but treating your customers like garbage is not the answer. I suspect the reason he thought he could get away with it was because of their youth. It's not the first time I have heard of my kid or her friends being treated in a way that an adult would not. Sad. I wouldn't recommend this establishment as a result and will never go there myself.

Jess was a dream to work with. She was so accommodating of our wishes and requests, and worked closely with us to make sure we were all on the same page for colours, style etc. On our wedding day when I started walking down the aisle and I saw the arbour for the first time, I was blown away by how stunning the floral decoration was. My husband and I both said that it looked more beautiful than either of us could have hoped for. Everything, from the arbour, bouquets, and table runners were gorgeous and even better than what I'd imagined. We are so grateful for Mill Street Florist for helping to make our day so magical.

We were at a loss for words! The flower arrangements that you and the team put together for our daughter were totally amazing. Every single piece was so beautiful ! Our daughter was so full of anticipation to see what you all had done upon arriving at the reception and she was speechless when she saw your work - as were we and the in-laws too. It was so much better than any of us could possibly have imagined. Honestly - it was unbelievably beautiful and the comments from friends and family reflect the same. So, thank you, thank you, thank you .....all of you for helping to make our daughter's wedding so perfect.

We had Mill Street provide flowers and floral arrangements for our wedding day a few weeks ago, and the customer service we received was exceptional. Jessica and her husband were fantastic, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was to our liking. They even froze certain sets of flowers to see how they would react to the cold winter temperatures to make sure the bouquets would survive the outdoors before the ceremony. The corsages and boutonnieres were also personally delivered. We give them a flawless 5-star rating, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a florist for their special events.

I cannot say enough good things about Mill Street. I'm terrible with flowers, floral design, colours, etc., but they quickly figured out what would suit our wedding venue and overall vision. The bouquets, centre pieces, and boutonnieres were awesome. Everything was so stylish and original (who thinks to put succulents in a bridal bouquet?!?), and the colours chosen played perfectly against what our families and bridal parties wore. Plus, Jess and her team are incredible- kind, fun, organized, and professional.

Mill Street Florist created three beautiful arrangements for my dad’s funeral in November. He was an avid gardener and also volunteered at the Richmond Fair’s horticultural society setting up produce submissions. The three funeral arrangements included fresh produce including asparagus, green onions, carrots and beets. When we noticed these special creations it really helped us dry up the tears and cheer up visitors at the church. Thank you so much for being so creative!

Very friendly and accommodating service! We ordered a couple very special arrangements from here and the experience was wonderful from the moment we were greeted. Thank you thank you thank you! Mill Street helped me with a beautiful flower arrangement for my Grandmother’s gravesite plot, and also made an arrangement for my mother to take home. It was a same day delivery request and they were so very helpful in helping me since I live in Winnipeg and couldn’t be there. It meant the world to me that they made such a beautiful bouquet of flowers for that day and got them delivered a few hours after my call. So fantastic! Thank you!

My workplace needed to convey our sympathies and we contacted Mill St Florist to help us do so. We were extremely pleased with the outcome which was lively, colourful, whimsical with twisted curly willow, and actually quite striking as an arrangement. I've been coming to the Mill Street florist for many years now. The flowers are always incredibly beautiful and we'll arranged. They also last a long time. Staff are attentive and friendly, to the point my 8 year old loves visiting there. Today we were picking up flowers as a thank you to our beloved daycare provider, and neither of us could be more pleased with the result. This florist is a hidden treasure of Manotick.

This is my absolute favourite florist! I first received a dozen white roses from them on my wedding anniversary this year and let me just say wow! Their flowers are exquisite, fragrant and in pristine condition. Jessica and Fabiano’s arrangements are such a treat! I will be coming back for many years to come. The customer service is excellent and the flowers are phenomenal.

Mill Street provided the flowers for my father's funeral yesterday. They were absolutely stunning. When I met with Jessica to discuss what we wanted she totally understood. Small place, great selection, nice people, fair prices. That's what counts. I went on yesterday to get flowers for my mother, and s free short minutes later, they were booked and ready for delivery the next day. The next day - today - my mother got them and was happy with them. A far as I'm concerned, that's s home run and I'll be using them again.

Hubby got me some gorgeous flowers for Mother’s Day from Mill Street Florist. He let them choose the design and somehow they got exactly what I love! The flowers are of the best quality; the scents and colours are sweet and bright. In every design, they always seem to add a unique element to make it extra special.

Lovely florist in the middle of Manotick - love the bouquet they created for our kitchen cottage and they also had eucalyptus which is so hard to find, placing those in the sauna.
