My appointment was cancelled the morning of treatment by Mimosa Oak day spa as the therapist was in an accident. To date we've been battling to make an appointment. Everytime we phone or leave a what's app, we are told we will be contacted shortly....but to date (four days later) I have not been contacted.

I had a great experience booking in with Mimosa Oak Day Spa, and found the physical therapy they offered to be both relaxing and rejuvenating. I would highly recommend Mimosa Oak Day Spa to anyone looking for a safe, professional and decent spa that helps relieve stress in the body and in the mind.

Very bad I don’t rate them at all, their service is horrendous they haven’t provided a service for me since last and I paid and booked. They don’t even have proper customer service, you try to call they don’t answer and you text on WhatsApp no response whatsoever. Go at your own risk

Would advise all therapists to stay away from this business as the owner exploits workers by making you work all day and when it comes to payment she doesn't pay. Horrible experience that l got from them and would never see my self going to this Spa ever again.

I didn't get the full package for my half day spa, I enjoyed the massage and facial. The manicure and pedicure pretty much didn't happen and the light lunch mentioned was not even offered, there was no welcoming drinks so in short I can say

The place is a scam . The pictures are deceiving . The place is nothing like the pictures . The massage room has dirty floors and clusters of things. It’s used as stuff room and kitchen . They no using proper oils to massage. The don’t have

Tucked away in a tranquil and dainty spiritual setting, definitely worth a visit, truly an amazing experience and value for money. Therapist Catherine and owner Panache truly value customer experience and providing a one on one experience.

Went there today the massage was good but the place they massaged us at was not the same picture on the website it was in a clothing store Wonderful lady massaged me but the other lady massaged my mum in a hurry

Wow... My wife and I enjoyed every single thing they did to us, massage, facial and pedicure. It was amazing... we will definitely do it again. Value for money. Oh the chicken salad and juice was thumbs up..

Poor booking experience, if someone doesn't have customer service over the phone, what more could they offer in person. Not impressed at all and deserve 0 star on customer service …

The ladies were very polite, professional and ended the Spa treatment with a cup of tea and cake . Only suggestion is that they consider having a heater in the room, esp on a cold day.
