The spa is alright .however I Definitely wasn’t happy with a few aspects. Firstly got to the location 5 mins before treatment time however the security at entrance didn’t direct us to the spa building correctly so it took us 15 mins to find the spa . Arrived at the reception at 3:15 pm went and changed . And the therapist sarcastically tells us in the room that our treatment time will be cut short . Then we lie down quickly and wait and they take 12-15 mins to Come back into the room to give us the massage . So from a 60 mins massage ended up having a rushed 25 min massage . Their hot stone technique wasn’t as good as the one ones I have had at life day , fairlawns or soultice. The stone wasn’t used enough and was sometimes cold not hot . We were out the rooms by 3pm thinking there’s a treatment right after us and 20 mins after the treatment room Was still Open and the therapists were just chilling walking around . So they could have finished our 60 mins massage . Or at least done 45 mins . So clearly more attitude approach that professional. Others spas always cater for a 15 min late grace periods . And this Tim we were only late cause of their security not directing us correctly! Overall it was an ok experience especially for how far that drive was to dry out a new spa . I suggest you stick to the popular spa’s. The price is very similar so it’s not worth it .

Beautiful location and really sweet staff, however, it is not worth the price for getting a treatment here. A full body massage is quite costly and you are definitely paying more for the view than a 5 star spa experience. At the old sinzinani, one was offered a beverage upon arrival. We were not offered a beverage at all, but asked for one when the treatment was completed on our way out. Additionally, the entry way and reception at the new spa is hot and it is completely silent which makes you feel uncomfortable from the onset. Finally, our aromatherapy massages did not actually include any of the ‘harmony’ etc. oils. We kept waiting until they were used but the therapists just used plain oil. Perhaps they forgot, didn’t know about our treatment or the essential oils were very faint in the massage oil. Still, I am disappointed. These are minor issues which can be amended to give guests a memorable, positive spa experience.

This didn't even deserve a star. The worst spa experience and no care for young customers. Why is there a price list for them if there's no patience or customer service for them. No gowns or slippers to fit them. I've never heard of a spa that expects you to bring your own blady gown and slippers!!!! Then another excuse is that, size small gowns are still getting washed, what the hell Extremely disappointed. It's actually disgusting service!!!! Rather go to life day spa, indaba, etc. Pathetic!!!! After the massages, you sit outside in the cold??? In July, there's no hot chocolate to serve???Really? SIES MAAAAAN.

I had a bad experience i was there on the 26 November 2016, the lady who was doing the massage was sitting on the ottoman looking on the other side of town, even mentioned that my son will do a better job, she was not bothered. I felt she did not want to touch my skin let alone my hair. I will never make a turn there again. The matter was dealt with the owner of the Spa called to offer me the voucher of the same value i paid for. I wish all owners can be like you. thank you, Tanya

Great massage unfortunately I could not get what my fiance had originally paid for due to being late for my appointment. Unfortunately I was not aware that the spa had moved further up onto the property and had to wait at the first gate for my license and car disk to be scanned after a few cars that arrived before me and I had to ask for directions twice to find the spa. More signage needs to be put up as well as a parking area by the spa as the parking was limited.

Lovely location, but ambience not great. Our therapists gave a lovely massage. However, the bed was so uncomfortable, they were mobile beds and creaked as she massaged and the padding was not soft and comfortable. My husbands hands kept falling off as the beds are so narrow. Unfortunately I don’t think I will return unless they upgrade the rooms!!! The windows were whistling while the wind blew and the every time the therapist moved the floors creaked.

The place is beautiful but unfortunately there is an exception to their policy that only applies to hotel guests. Hotel guests are allowed to bring their babies onto the spa premises (despite having their own rooms). So just bare that in mind when making a booking that you might be listening to a baby crying throughout your treatment like I unfortunately did.

I was there for my birthday and I had the most relaxed time. Felt like I was very far from the city. The natural environment of the spa adds to the experience, for ultimate peace and tranquility I suggest you book your treatment today! Next time I'll sleep over because after Cecilia's magic hands I felt like sleeping . Overall great experience

Attitude of the Girls at the reception, we started at the restaurant and sadly our meals were wrong. When we got to the Spa side, they were not bothered at all. Ziggy was the worst one. The place is extremely extreme beautiful but the ladies that deal with booking are not terrible. Massage from Nthabeleng was the best of the best.

I would say that I had an extraordinary experience at the spa. The service, ambiance, and treatments were all top-notch, making it a truly memorable visit. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The only thing lacking is hydrotherapy facilities, otherwise it could have been a 5 star.

Booked a micro needling session with Sinzinani Spa. What a welcome, what fantastic service and what an awesome experience. It was an absolute disaster. The treatment was terrible. A one hour treatment that I paid for was over in 20mins.The treatment was obviously rushed and not something one would expect from a spa. I complained about this 2 weeks ago and 2 date nothing has been done. Definitely not a recommendation.

Worst massage I ever had. Not only did the lady who massaged me break my chain! Instead of asking me to take it off she just pulled it off . My body was sore for a whole week after this massage and because of that I will never give this place another try.

The massage therapist was brilliant, Mimi. The 30min felt soo short as I wanted more. I loved the explanation of what she picked up during the session and prescribed me some salts to use. I would definitely go back for full body massage

Always a treat to have a spa day at Zinzinazi Spa whilst visiting South Africa. My facial with Faith was amazing and her knowledge of skincare was very impressive. The couples massage was so relaxing, loved every minute of our visit.

Rooms are lovely, views scenic and masseuse pays attention to your needs and provides insight on tension. Downside is their small gowns and perhaps they could re-look this. PS- they have amazing bath salts.
