Usually great people here. There is an older gentleman with grey hair who typically complains about some thing or another. Today ,Feb 22 between 12:15 and 12:45 the cashier said “they should get rid of all the mandates, you don’t need vaccines, if you get COVID and you die, then you die.” Because I joked with him about how hard it is to hear people through plexiglass and masks. I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion, but this shows someone willing to say something so callous, disrespectful, and entirely ignorant to a customer that he knew nothing about. I have a parent who has been nursing for over 25 years and has been under immeasurable stress due to this virus for 2 straight years. I have friends who have lost loved ones because of this virus. Completely ignorant. He is entitled to his opinions, on his own time, the last thing I want when I’m at a gas station is to hear an uneducated and ignorant opinion about a virus that person knows little to nothing about and apparently has lost no one to. He needs to be spoken to about this and what professionalism is, and what good quality customer service is.

This gas island often has the cheapest gas prices. Its quick and easy to get in and out of. The gas payment machine thing is very clean and easy to use. Directions in and out of this location are obvious from the arrows painted on the road, however there is a bit of traffic heading into other areas of this mall that make navigation in and out of this gas stop a bit difficult, drive carefully.

I've been a regular here for years. Not sure if its some new guy working but he was extremely rude and told me he wouldn't serve me because I had 4 lotto tickets to cash in.... last time I checked you sell lottery tickets which means you also redeem them so im not sure what the problem is If you don't like your job, quit..

Very nice place i saw a few people not wearing masks when going into the store to pay which is a concern for me people say the place was clean on Google maps it was dirty inside and outside on the ground for me I saw a shopping cart in their lot all in all great place to get gas and essential needs

Closed. It was not indicated online or with the giant open signs in the window but rather with yellow caution tape wrapped around the whole landscape and all the pumps. Kind of difficult when I’ve made it my destinations destination for gassing up. Inevitably will need to go with a competitor.

The staff is always happy and willing to help one of the gentlemen there always says to everybody have a good day and keep smiling he is also a character. Just going there when you're depressed even and the employee says keep smiling actually puts a smile on your face

The two clerks with the big chomper teeth ( veneers that pretty much look like dentures ) made some antisemitic remarks to a customer ahead of me. I just skooted myself right outta there to find me a respectable gas station. I would suggest you do the same.

I am a regular customer since this station was branded as Refuel. Collecting Pc Plus points for refueling was an deal for me. Even after rebranding as Mobil, they still kept PC Plus. Prices are still regular - customer service isn't bad either.

Very poor customer service. Lights were still on I pulled in at 9:55 and the pumps were unavailable and the guy said he was closed. The time on here says closes at 10:30 pm. Not sure if the owner knows the staff is closing early.

Always extremely friendly with a smile, the two brothers that work here are genuinely great at customer service, I go out of my way to stop at this station because of it. Thanks always giving great service!!

Only complaint is that the surrounding parking lot and access to the street is poorly laid out. Not a problem with the gas station, but a bit getting to & from the gas station.

I think this is your best bang for your buck gas station in Ottawa besides Costco. If you have pc points your pc points basically double. It's worthwhile going here for gas

Typical gas station, almost like Costco, no cash just debit or credit at pump after hours. Just a step away from eliminating cash from the premises like Sweden …

Today it was 19 cents per litre more expensive than the gas station seconds down the road. Recently there's a man there who makes it a less desirable place to go as well

Pump payment didn't work went inside to pay. clerk was extremely rude when I asked for paper receipt to show first transaction didnt work. Refused and very belittling.

Friendly enough staff, you just have to watch for drivers driving the wrong way, cause they think they are more important than everyone else... you know who you are!!

Great gas station! Works great when ppl follow the arrows when driving in. Building is abit small but has everything you need at a gas station! Staff are nice!

Mobil is certified "Top Tier" gas , along with "Esso", Kirkland Signature and Shell , check Top Tier Gas on Google q and select Canada

Preferred location for gas. Can collect PC Optimum points which is super useful to use across the parking lot at Loblaws or Shoppers.
