This is a nice store and I have had great experiences but today was the worst experience I have ever had in any store any where. The lady who helped me, or didnt really, was very rude, arrogant and condescending. I literally had to tell her at one point that this wasn't going well. And even then she just said ok well. I think she is a manager or something. It is honestly beyond me how she works with people anywhere. I wanted to leave and even after I got the food i wanted to go back and return it. She left me with a very bad, uncomfortable and unpleasant feeling. I am sorry, as the rest of the staff is very helpful, but if she was my first time, I would never go back.

Open sesame... enter Alibaba's cave of animal wonders. Always shopped at chain stores and decided to drop into this store after a couple Google hits when searching for raw food diets. I believe the cashiers saw the look of surprise on my face when I walked in... one of the most deceptive stores I've ever set foot in. From the exterior, I thought this would surely be the "depanneur" of pet food stores, surprise! You will find a bountiful selection of pet food and accessories with helpful staff to boot. So glad I found my new pet food store.

This is a locally owned store--with friendly staff, dogs and clientele roam the store. It's the best place to go for raw pet food, real bones, pet clothing/gear. Has a large variety of product for all pet types (including critters, birds). Prices are on par with the market and there's a good loyalty plan. Only issue I've had is that some frozen raw food has freezer burn. Employees sometimes have to dig through the back area freezers to find the food you're looking for (while sounding like they're doing an intense weight set).

I came in with a list of things for my first puppy and the workers welcomed me with open arms, helped me find each individual product and gave me a lot of awesome advices for my baby. There’s a lot of toys and products that my puppy loves as specially the treats which were advised to me by one of the very kind employees, they’re really passionate of their job. I love this store and it’s 45 mins away from my house! It’s definable worth it!

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They take the time to make you feel a valued customer, answer any questions you have, and are attentive to your specified needs. My dog loves going there with me and loves the raw food that I buy from them for him. I highly recommend this store.

This small locally run business is staffed with friendly helpful pet owners who've been able to answer any questions I've had for my dog's needs. Some of the prices might be a bit higher than done big box stores, but this place is well stocked and I'm glad to support them with my business.

Wonderful store, everything for your pet and such warm, friendly service. Gigantic toy wall for pet toys, it's very centrally located in the West Island as well, worth trying out if you haven't done so already! We always shop here, it's a pleasure to support this local business!

I love the selection of cat food here! They have a much wider range of various healthy cat food here compared to other pet food shops...All there products are natural, high end, cat food (and dog food). I will only shop here for my 3 lovely fur babies/ cats! ♡

Bought a training collar for my dog. It did not work well. The owner and staff went out of their way to help me including refunding my purchase and suggesting what I could try even without selling me other products. A great pet store with great people.

Friendly mom and pop store . Beats chain stores by a country mile.. on certain accessories i would recommend online shopping as mark ups can be high here . But food selection for dogs and cats is great and prices are competitive

Got help at the store and got my cousin's dog a nice cradle for the back seat. After, the dog wouldn't stop licking my ear. Moral of the story, protect your ears from sweet affections or face the wrath of warm wet licks.

Can’t fault this place. Great varied selection of food, toys and everything else in between. Staff are friendly and helpful. So lucky to have them so close. And they offer a biweekly nail clipping service, who knew !!

A great place to pick up pet supplies. They have amazing service in both English and French and are able to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to buy high quality pet products.

Such a great little shop. They have terrific selection for cats (which we have) often the cat selection of toys etc., is quite small. This shop has lots and and many varieties of wet and dry food.

It is such a wonderful place! The employees here are very friendly! They’ll donate the return dry food to the shelter. Here’s my first choice to get my cat dry food and wet food. Totally LOVE IT!
