Purchased a textbook not long ago from the bookstore, i noticed a tear on multiple pages throughout the book, so i went back to the bookstore to receive a refund for the book as it was a defective product. After speaking to numerous staff members and waiting for the 'manager' for 30 minutes I was told a refund would not be accepted, even though on the counter it says they refund defective books and/or books that were not in saleable condition (which i think a book with torn pages would not be purchased by someone). The service received there was terrible and even when I asked to speak to the manager I was not allowed to, I was accused of not checking the 1500 page book in its entirety to check for torn pages even though I shouldn't have to as it was a brand new product, bottom line the bookstore didn't adhere to one of the clear policies they themselves set out, I would not recommend this place to any students as you'd be better off buying textbooks and other products online for cheaper prices and much less hassle!

Excellent resource on campus! Caters for all your stationary, text book and Monash University merchandise needs! Tucked away in level 2, Building K, be sure to drop in for a casual look when your next about. Staff are great and are willing to assist with any related inquiry's.

I went to the bookstore during Google hours and it was closed. I called them about opening hours in case I missed them, the bookstore staff was not very forthcoming.

Easy and uncomplicated. Staff helpful in searching up unit codes and locating textbooks. Never had an issue with stock or getting assistance.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me find what I was looking for. Great range of products to browse through, not just textbooks.
