Great place to park. Be careful of the Electric Vehicle parking. There is so much charging rage there. People complaining about 2-3 minutes overstay, but will argue for 20 mins. Happens all the time. Monash should start charging money and this behaviour may stop.

Cheap, even with surge parking prices for ~1 month at start of semester. Get in early and you'll always get a park.
