Mali loves his new jumper. It fits him really well thanks to the Monte & Co website providing a sizing guide for me. It fits really well, isn't too tight, and covers all of his belly and back. The package was shipped via express postage but due to AusPost complications (and probably COVID), I wasn't informed of its arrival. Celine from Monte & Co went out of her way to call me to inform me of Mali's jumper awaiting collection and if she hadn't, it probably would have been returned to Monte & Co (like other items I've ordered and not been informed about by AusPost). The jumper came wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap within a box and Monte & Co even included a personal note and treats for Mali. Honestly, this business went above and beyond in terms of service and presentation. Will definitely look to buy more beautiful pet supplies and accessories from Monte & Co in future.

This is my first time leaving a Google review, but I wanted to express my gratitude for the above-and-beyond level of customer service and care I received from Monte & Co (as a first time customer). After placing my order, I received a phone call from Celine, who advised on a quality issue of the product (they check all of their products to ensure it's of top quality). I have never once received a phone call from an online store, nor from the owner, so was amazed at the care given to my order. After my order had been shipped, Celine also sent me a text to let me know it was on it's way, and I received a hand-written card with the order. I raved about the customer service to my family and friends, and I genuinely highly recommend Monte & Co. Love this store! I recently ordered a calming bed and dog drying towel from Monte & Co. I loved everything about this experience. Their website is nice. They had the product despatched within 24 hours. There was a hiccup with the courier and you know how I found out? MonteandCo contacted me to let me know and ensure me they were chasing the courier. I didn't need to chase anyone, they were on it! Wow! Just wow! The products came with a beautiful handwritten introduction note and a little treat. Our puppy just loves the bed, it's exactly what we were hoping for. I cannot speak highly enough about what a great ordering experience this was!

I have bought from this business a few times now - I love the free click and collect option which is convenient and shows this business cares about its carbon footprint. But the fact it is an option even if you don’t meet the minimum spend required for free delivery is also a great feature. I love the good communication around delivery which is pretty quick anyway. The latest gift guide is well thought through and good on the eyes. And my dogs LOVE the snooza calming bed and they smell nice now cos of the Harlow Harry product I bought. Good on you Monte & Co - Top notch customer service that most local pet stores don’t match.

Monte & Co has been taking care of my toy maltipoo Miki starting from preparations for her arrival with all the essential products (such as bed, collar, leash, toilet tray, toys, carry bag etc) to providing quality everyday products throughout Miki’s growth. As a new pawrent, I really appreciate how helpful Celine is in guiding me through the best products and providing useful tips for raising a happy pup. My miki loves every single product and will definitely be purchasing more throughout her life.

Celine was a delight! She was very friendly and accommodating. I bought two sets of boots for my fur babies for different (practical) reasons. I'm hoping they serve their purpose, which I'm sure they will. My dogs are still getting used to wearing them, but I'm sure they'll eventually love them! The boots look cool and feels sturdy and comfy. The extra little touches like the wee dog treats accompanied by a lovely message from Celine were such a nice gesture. ❤️ It was lovely meeting you!

Presley loves his Barkley + Bella car seat. Shopping online with Monte & Co. was easy. The car seat arrived with special treats for Presley, which he loved. Celine has demonstrated outstanding customer service and was very accommodating to us. We ordered a pet travel bag that arrived all wrapped up but upon opening discovered a mark which was no fault of Monte & Co. We contacted Celine and she offered to replace it immediately.
