Just wish that they can cook better food so we don’t have to give this kind of review! To the owner, please take care of your customers so they can take care of you! Our experience started with a very bad taste in what supposed to be a very nice dish, the garlic scallops, at the first bite we thought no we better give it one more bite to be sure and boy, it was certainly off and yet we couldn’t tell from what, so we contacted the owner and asked that they please take their food back and no refund needed, just so that they could figure out what was wrong, had to spend a good ten minutes explaining our situation and the poor staffer had to pass us to the owner who was more into talking then listening, at the end, they agreed to come to our place to bring back their food, the one who came, when met with us, still concerned only with one thing, he asked “did you eat the food?” to which I said “yes, two bites out of that”, the dish wasn’t cheap, it was $26!

Moorebank Chinese Take Away Resturant is atrocious. Their staff are rude, the food is poorly made and tasteless and their take away service took over an hour when the Restaurant is only 5 minutes away. When we called to complain kindly about the food, which was completely un-editable, their response after their feedback was: “don’t forget, we know where you live” as it was a delivery service and they were obviously not happy with our opinion. This was unacceptable as there was 2 concerned teenage girls in the house who heard the conversation and made them frightened that they may be put in danger in their own house. Obviously this restaurant does not put their consumers and customers first.

The lady at the Sports Focus Podiatry said that this Chinese Takeaway is the absolute best in the area! I never tried the rest because I believed her, but this is the best, tastiest, most generous, freshest Chinese Takeaway I've had in a long time! I asked for the best thing on the menu and the Chinese boss lady told me the Combination Chow Mein was their best offering along with the Special Fried Rice. Like I said, generous, fresh and you know what? The chicken was so unlike the chicken I'd experienced in Chinese meals before. Juicy, fresh, no fat, not wrinkly and thin or greasy..just beautiful!!! I wish this place was closer to home!!

I very rarely will provide a negative review as I prefer to highlight places which are a standout. Just received my order from uber-eats. This place is on my avoid at all human costs. Burnt fried rice, dishes missing sauce, the worst batter on honey chicken and sweet and sour pork, everything seemed deepfried in dirty tasting oil. Prawn toast was a huge letdown. The only good thing were the fortune cookies. I suspect as the 3rd rate cook didn't lay his hands on them. Not one person in my family of 5 enjoyed any portion of their meal bar the cookies. Sorry to say we will never order from here again. Absolutely awful.

I ordered ubereats tonight and the food arrived piping hot, well packaged and i was blown away by the flavour and freshness of all the food. It was a $130 order and every dish was just amazing. It was refreshing after had ordered from multiple other chinese restaurants in the area which were less than desirable and left us feeling sick. I cant wait to be hungry again so i can eat the leftovers haha.

I’ve had my share of Chinese food through my life but never have I even tasted anything as delicious as this food. The spring rolls are a masterpiece old schools recipe that will have you craving them every day. The Mongolian beef and special fried the absolute best I’ve ever tried. I never like reheated but this I can eat 4 days later. It’s incredible. Won’t be trying any others this is us for life. Thank you so much

Theres "Not the best" and then there's this place waaaay below this standard. Front counter was not interested in taking the order and then provided the meals without the forks and napkins for our takeaway order. The food was terrible. Burnt fried rice and the dishes were VERY low quality. Do not recommend as there's other options in the area that's serves much better dishes who are more deserved of your hard earned dollars.

Disgusting. I spent $85 then asked for some dry noodle they wanted $2 for I laughed and said $85 and you can't give me noodle. They gave the noodle and obviously not happy it was the worse food . Conjealed sauce. Extremely oily lamb more batter than squid. Horrible and will never eat there again. Where has the good old Chinese food shops gone

The Worst Chinese take away ever from this joint! The chef who is also the boss is extremely rude and has a bad temper. The young girl in there knows nothing and looks dumb. The food is worst than dog food. Don't ever go there to get Chinese take away, you won't be happy with their food and service.

I placed the order with menu log, there service was great... But the food was average, the fried rice and lemon chicken smelt and tasted like gas... Portions were good and prawn toast was nice.... I would be cautious getting food from here again...

very friendly customer service, especially on monday afternoons. I go there on Monday nights and order the usual order, theres always one girl behind the counter - red hair i think - very nice, always friendly to me and always remember my order and my face.

For a small place like this, I was honestly surprised. The food was great, the service was amazing, and overall it’s such a good place. Would recommend for anyone in the area.

Ordered mongolian beef and the meat was disgusting, most of it was unchewable, spring rolls fried in dirty oil, and way too many raw onions, the food has gotten more expensive and lower in quality, won't be going there again.

We just got our dinner delivered of Garlic Beef, Mongolian Lamb, Combination Omelet, Special Fried Rice and Prawn Crackers. Every dish is delicious, full of flavour and fresh. Definitely the best in the area! Thank you!
