Mordialloc Plaza has a very good range of shops and places to sit down and take it easy including Rustic Bakery,Aldi and a Mexican food place (I haven't been there)as well as a picture frame shop,huge shop for lease through Nichols Crowders Real estate ,Crust Pizza etc,etcThe automatic,large glass opening doors make its entrance disability access friendly .Some shoppers tie their dogs to a post outside whilst they sit inside and enjoy a coffee whilst others sit out in the open air with their pets.It is a frequent haunt for many cyclists who travel down Main St-especially of a weekend .There are escalators (up and down ) to an extensive underground carpark and also public toilets for customers of the shopping precinct .Above this area are some luxury appartments with good views of Mordialloc. Overall it is a well planned building that incorporates residential,commercial and parking facilities.

I'm a local here in Mordialloc and I find that the shops are absolutely chaos no matter what time you go night-time for takeaway the car parks are always busy you're lucky to get a park. Quite an old strip of shops I think it needs to be updated with a fresh coat of paint . Overall it is quite convenient to have everything there like the post office the chemist a few takeaway shops Bakers delight.

Need more parking, it is always very busy and hard to get a spot here. Also the parking out the back at Woolworths is extremely tight and full of cars with narrow entry and exits. It is also very hard to get back on to the main road because of all the roundabouts and slip lanes. Basically traffic is a nightmare around this area every time.

Has everything you need, but it's become dated and daggy. The industrial area between Governor Rd and Crown Ave is the future of Mordialloc, with Ellidy coffee van, Urban Ground food truck park and bar, Wild Soul wellness and Güras Cacao Chocolaterie and cafe just to name a few of the hidden gems!

Good place for shopping and a bite to eat located in the heart of Mordialloc in Nepean Highway. Large Woolworths supermarket, hair dressing salon, places to eat, cafes, bank, newsagent, travel agent and other sorts of shops. There's heaps of parking at rear.

Nice place where to spend a day shopping and going around for funny time ,bit expansive some shops inside but I guess cause they want more tourists costumes ,but mordialloc is beautiful to spend a day all around and nice spot where to stop around the Beach

Has a good selections of bars, cafes, take away joints, and Woolies if you're after some groceries. At times there can be litter of rubbish on the sidewalks. There can be roudy louts about in the late hours of the night causing the area to feel unsafe.

I live at Carrum Downs but do all my shopping at Mordialloc. Art hair studios is fantastic people and great service. Get my hair done there. All the shops are great even the lotto shop. Go and put your lotto on and see Jimmy!

The entry and stairs to plaza need a good clean and hose down,and the lighting up the stair entry is not working and a safety issue ,The owners need to fix this problem before there is a serious accident.

Plenty of good shops for a great feed. Walk the river front out onto the pier go have a swim on the huge beach or enjoy a bbq in the park and play with the kids at the amazing playground. Got it all.

Could do with a bit of a reno though :) With Mordialloc becoming a bit of a cooler vibe these days, you'd think the council and developers would do more to give this area a bit of a facelift :)

Good location with all facilities including wheel chair friendly access. Lots of parking space. Good shops with various alternatives for shopping and dining. Great place for Mordialloc suburb.

Parking at rear of street a few stairs to walk also theres access to safeway from street for wheelchairs an back carpark have own bakery well spread put an stocked courteous helpful staff

The Plaza has everything you need from clothes to food, with the Woolworths being it’s main feature. Tommy Ruff’s and the Post office are two places that I admire for their own efforts.

The MORDIALLOC PLAZA Is a whole world of stores - Shops along Opposite the Mordialloc Train Station... From Coffee shops & Clothes stores --- Supermarkets --& much more

There Plaza is a collection of independent businesses. There are loads of food choices here that should satisfy most choices. Parking is a bit of a challenge at times.

Nice place to shop with plenty of cafe's around to have a bite to eat or coffee. They just need to somehow add a few more parking spots to help with the busyness

Unfortunately today is Boxing day 26th Dec, and most of the shops were closed except for Restaurants and Coffee shops. But its a nice strip of shops.

Very busy area, though still able to find a parking space. There's also parking behind that goes into Woolies. Great atmosphere and heaps of cafès.

Great area great plaza. Walk along the beach then grab some icecream or fish and chips then hit the plaza for some air conditioned retail therapy.

Getting a bit past it. Whole centre could do with a refresh, or knock the whole thing down and build multi storey with retail and apartments.

Just my local shopping centre where i get the items i need to lead my normal living standard , much the same as all malls around australia .

After walking the pier the bakers what baking and the door is open for to to buy if you wish to in the middle of the almost morning..

Great little nook in historical Mordialloc. There is everything you need, coffee, food, take-always, shopping centre and the beach.

Can hardly get a car park anymore traffic is a joke council needs to have a good hard look at what is happening to the place

Small retail strip. More fast food etc than anything substantial. Parking sometimes difficult as limited numer of spaces.

It has almost everything you need withing walking distance.The view is beautifull.It is like summer all year round.

Has the basics. Very poor car park here. Small spaces and very busy on busy beach days. Try ti avoid if possible.

Mordialloc plaza ,a very lovely place to visit . If city of Kingston cleans the lovely pier it will be 5 stars

One of the larger shopping precincts in Kingston, with quite a number of good options for food and drinks.

Suberb, went to safeway, got some bread, went through the self checkout, how could I complain. 5 stars

Car parking is a huge problem. Not many shops around just a few restaurants and caffes are located.

Good Pizza.. delivery can be a bit slow sometimes, but that's a testament to their popularity.
