I’m convinced that the staff deliberately overcharge people and rip off the store. I rarely go without seeing them apologise to someone for making a mistake, but only if the customer is paying attention - sorry I’m running two tills, sorry that swiped twice, sorry, I don’t know what’s wrong w this machine, sorry the shelf price is wrong, it happens all the time, call management but they don’t care. I now only pay cash as I’ve been ripped off twice.
Be wary of deceptive pricing! The price shown on display and what scans at the register may be vastly different. Despite the retail code recommending this should result in the mis-priced item being offered for free, this place will make no offer, not even an apology. Try BWS one block up Bay St, at least they have honesty in pricing.
Excellent selection of wines, from all different countries. Especially Chille, Argentina, Spain, Italy plus others. Great selection of Australian wines too. Prices are good. A must go to.

Worst staff/cashier ever. Bad attitude and rude when asked questions. They should get better staff than this.
Check all wines because they don't store them properly and they might be vinegar not wine
