Went to these guys to install a headunit. Did the job and the headunit works well. Owner is very nice though he said he charged me cost price for the install and materials (a fuse?), not sure how that worked out to $300. There were some other issues too. Centre console now has a lot of scratches that were not there before. Plastic surround around radio was further damaged (there was some prior damage caused by me but they really really broke it) and they did not address this. When I dropped the car off, I advised them that there are 5 screws that need to be used that I left in the car for them (showed them the screws), which they acknowledged but proceeded to use silicon instead. No excuse for any of this from professionals. Use these guys if you don't care too much about your car and just want things to work. If your car is your baby, avoid.

I just showed up without a booking and Daniel said no worries he could have a look at my elderly parents 2005 Nissan Pulsar which was experiencing a some electrical gremilins. Only two and half hours later, my parents treasured car was back to normal. I can totally recommend Daniel and his team of technicians for your auto electrical needs. They have the latest diagnostic machines and have been at this current location for many years. Have never met a more friendly and professional team before. Came in for a quote/ enquiry because my air conditioning was failing to emit cold air after a failed re-gas at an alternative mechanic and Daniel was able to immediately diagnose and resolve my issue within minutes. Really suprised with the positive reviews. I went with my mum to fix the heater on her subaru impreza, they charged $160 just to have a look at the car. Called back and said it would cost $1300 to fix because he has to take off the dash board and it was a difficult repair. Thought it was too expensive so i got a mobile auto electrician to come have a look. All he charged was $50 as it was just a loose wire behind the steering wheel. Absolute rip off merchant!!!

Went to two different auto electrician and paid for their services to fix the car issue I had within a period of 2 weeks and none of them could properly fix my light system that was acting up. Nice boss.A very busy place and was willing to look at my car straight away.. They ordered the part and my car was fixed in a couple hrs I was very thankful. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the lack of communication, I wasn't told anything untill it was taking a while and then he mentioned we were just waiting on a part and I didn't get told how much it was costing untill it was fixed and I found it to be quite expensive.

I went there for my car engine issue. The guy named Rob did fixed it 3 months ago stating that I have a 12 month warranty on that thing. And now unfortunately my car started having the same problem again and I went there few days ago and talked to the same guy but now he says I'm gonna have to fix it again and I'll have to pay for it. Scam. Never going back again.

Had a tracker installed incorrectly where i cannot access the device. I didn't request a refund as i now have to replace the device but asked for a discount on reinstallation and they still would not honor it. They also could not find my details in their system. Will take my business elsewhere to someone who cares about their customers

This was the third Auto Electrician I’d visited in the space of a week trying to Sort an issue in my Subaru. With in two hours and for barely any charge the issue was resolved. This place is the worst. The owner Daniel will charge you extra if you complain. I got my car battery/electrical problem fix here and they charged me $600. they did a poor job and I still had car electrical problems. I had to take my car to another place. The owner Daniel is scammer.

Beware of this place! Mt Pritchard auto Mechanic is a scam! They charged me $500 to fix my air conditioner but did a poor job. When I came back and complain they said there are more problems and wait more money from me. I took it to another place and they fix it for $50.

Went in to get price on wiring up some led driving/brake lights. The gentleman was clear about what was required and associated costs. It was all done within an hour as he kindly fast tracked the job while I waited. Great service and price. Would recommend.

Cannot comment on the pricing of services as I didn't check it with other places but they were able to resolve my car issue by sourcing the part and replacing it in the car within the same day. So full marks for that.

Great experience using these guys. Fixed an issue that 2 previous auto elections couldn’t fix. The boys stayed back half an hour after closing to finish the job so I could have my car ready for work.
