I was concerned about needing to get the house marketed, cleaned, ready for new buyers, inspected... all the things. But with Muttz Realty, I literally was able to sit back and not worry about a single thing. All I had to do was accept an offer (mind you there were several). The other part that was important to me was that the team listened to my wishes when it came to the new buyer. I knew I wanted to help a family and was able to communicate that so John knew how we could make someone's dreams possible! I wouldn't hesitate to use Muttz Realty again.
