My sister spoke to the Internet balloon store...they said they did send you the complete order, including the two extra balloons you failed to deliver and refused to provide even when I drove all the way to your store myself. They refunded my sister and said they would refrain from using your shop in the future due to your refusal to fix your own mistake. I went to the dollar store and got 3 balloons...blown up properly (about 1/3 bigger than yours) for $4.50 ($2.50 less than you wanted to charge me for 2 balloons to fix your mistake). Your customer service was terrible and had me dragging my 3 year old who just had surgery out in the cold to your store for nothing. I am very disappointed and so was my sister who sent him the balloons. I don't know about your flowers, but I would not recommend your balloons or customer service to anyone.

I consistently use this place to pick up (or deliver) flowers for my mother who lives nearby. I love that this is a family owned business, and their pride and attention to detail shows in each arrangement. I simply tell them my mother's favourite colour, preferences, and price point, and they put together something beautiful and make great choices and suggestions. Thank you to everyone that works here. Every bouquet my mother has received from you has made her smile and glow. They are always beautiful with personal little touches.

Truly worthy of a 5 star rating. The lady I spoke with over the phone gave me pricing and even offered to work within my budget. After calling and visiting other competitors I felt like the prices were the most fair here. The two dozen roses I purchased were beautiful, and even though I was taking them home to be put into a vase they were still wrapped perfectly. They lasted almost a full two weeks aswell. My girlfriend couldn’t have been more thrilled. Will For-sure be back to purchase my flowers here.

This place is amazing because the people that work here go above and beyond to give their customers the best experience possible. I have come here three times for flowers and have never been disappointed because they accommodated my every preference and really made me feel appreciated. Lyndsay was incredible in arranging a flower delivery to the airport as we greeted my sister for her surprise birthday with bouquet in hand. I gave her cart blanch on putting together a gorgeous bouquet and when we saw it, it was certainly beyond our expectations. Her driver was prompt and courteous. Essentially she did whatever it took to make the welcome surprise memorable. THANK YOU !!!!!

I live out of province and have used My Florist several times to deliver in the Northwest. My last order was for a relative who is wheelchair bound. The delivery person brought the flowers in and unwrapped them for her. She was delighted and impressed! The arrangements and delivery have always been spot on. Highly recommended.

I picked up a "Poor me, I didn't get flowers for Valentine's Day" bouquet on February 15th. I picked off the odd finished bloom after the first 10 days. I did a real purge today March 2 and still have a lovely though a bit smaller bouquet. Wonderfully fresh and lovely flowers. Thank you Lindsay

Amazing lady that runs this place. I called on a day she happened to be closed, but she still went in, made flowers, and delivered them for me..... all within 2 hours ! Truly grateful for her customer service. Didn't expect her to do that for me, but she did. Thank you for all your help.

Superb service during a very busy time. Was searching for peonies for my daughter's graduation, but, with the current chaos and Mother's Day, every florist in Canada was unable to help me - except for My Florist. They bent over backwards and got me my bouquet!
