Went to St Marys NAB today, they can't accept cash. The counting machine is broken. I had an outrageous thought but it was so silly, what I was thinking was, what if they counted it by hand, I know it was a silly, silly idea. But they fixed the problem it was so easy, all they had to do was, say, I'm very sorry, just spend half an hour and choof off to Penrith, see all fixed now. We don't have people there that can count money but we have a working machine that can do it for us. Just reflecting it would be silly to train someone in a bank to count money. Only People that work at Woolworths need training to count money. A bank that doesn't count money , what will they think of next. Oh, I nearly forgot, NAB, ST MARYS you people are totally useless

Went in to create a joint account with my partner on 2 different occasions. I have an NAB account, she does not. Was told on the first occasion that because they were due to close in 30 mins, they could not help me. 2nd time, I went in at around 11am and was told no, not today, as each of the workers had to go on seperate lunch breaks and that would take all day apparently. We were then told to try a different bank or book an appointment another day. We opted to open an account with a different bank. I will be closing my main account with NAB soon as the level of customer service was appalling.

Worst bank ive ever dealt with. No manger ever present allways hiding. Tellers have no idea at all about anything. All other comments here are real from other customers. They should just shut the branch. Nothing but pain every time Iam here. Only one lady there who knows her job and she is constantly fixing up others problems only reason there is one star. Nab dont auto reply just adiut the branch and fix it. Youve now lost a homelone, personal account, business account and an estate account. Wakey wakey

WHY is the Automated Business Banking Teller ALWAYS down at this branch? We are pushed to use the automated tellers, so why are they constantly out of service? Next option is Penrith or Blacktown REALLY? Its not just the distance and inconvenience but is now a huge safety issue.

Their new branch looks fantastic. Only 2 tellers. Nine people in line. Some of the staff are very helpful. Current manager is useless. He only knows how to say NO. Bottom line ... you can dress up a pig and put lipstick on it but at the end of the day it's still a pig.

Useless staff, I came to open an account but I’m told by the bank teller the lady that opens accounts is at lunch and to come back in an hour!? So a bank teller doesn’t handle accounts? First time going to this branch, also my last…

Only had one teller, had a massive line out the door, the one teller that was on was absolutely useless, spent an hour messing me around to tell me she couldn't help, then Penrith did what I needed within 5 minutes, no hassle.

As we are going through Lock downs with Covid now and trying to get to a teller to withdraw money to live as arrived Bank Closed. There are Seniors that rely on Tellers not Atm Why are you closed and when will you open

Literally the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Twice in there and they have to be semi retarded. 30 minutes to withdraw funds from my account and 25 minutes to deposit a foreign cheque into my account.

Arrived about 30 minutes before closing time & although there were a few people ahead of me, the wait time was short & I was able to make a deposit quickly & efficiently with good service.

The worst bank to exist!!! When u consider the bank card to be more valuable than a state issued photo ID you need to reconsider how you run a bank! Pathetic absolutely pathetic service!!

Nab down at st marys honestly, the staff there are super helpful, very accommodating and forthcoming with information. Could not be happier with the service there from all the girls !!

Majority of the time the branch is closed. It pretty pathetic just close the branch entirely NAB has gone from great to okay to abysmal.

Waited for over 1 hour for assistance. Absolutely shocking. Needs more staff Will be cancelling my NAB accounts

The bank doesn't except coins .that's ridiculous . No wonder why everyone give this brand 1⭐
