Absolutely disgusting, customer service was atrocious. Employees are lazy and disrespectful to the point that they do not notify customers of a faulty ATM. People be aware that you can lose your money at this bank as I did. This is the reason why I refuse to he a customer for national bank.

Terrible service!!! Always the same workers who are rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed at the way they treated my mum. Manager should actually hire new staff!! Would not recommend to anyone.
