Walked in there around 3pm. Simply wanted to activate my new business bank card. Got told they can’t do it!!!! The woman (Neelu) who we spoke to was so rude and absolutely didnt care about customer service. She told us we have to call NAB customer care. Then I spent next 20 mins on the phone with NAB customer care on the phone. Got told a totally different answer. “Any branches can activate new card!!” Then we spoke to another staff member, her name is Jin. She activated and helped us set up new pin within 5 mins. What a terrible service!!! This lady is definitely needing more training, probably start learning some manner, especially in front of kids!!! If you are in a customer service role. If you don’t even want to help. Then it’s not a right job for you!!!!

I'm also originally from the subcontinent but sad to say that the subcontinent managers previous and current were/are absolutely appalling as far as professionalism and work ethics are concerned compared to their caucasian counterparts. It's becoming very evident that this particular branch is becoming an Indian cartel and they lack courtesy and respect towards their customers. Amazingly most of the caucasian managers were very prompt and respectful towards their customers unlike this lot. Unfortunately most of them didn't last long and we're transferred to other branches. Ironically a senior female staff who stuffed up our account at the beginning is now the Manager. Will certainly look for a true blue Aussie service elsewhere soon

Visited NAB Rouse hill branch today to get some documents certified by branch staff. I bank with them and I was carrying original docs with me. All they had to do was sign after sighting my original docs but they refused. How big of a deal is to just sign the photocopies when I bank with you? I'd have appreciated staff if they showed the same eagerness to help me certify the docs which they did in arranging a call back for my Home loan. Let me tell you, I was following all the guidelines and bank staff is authorised to certify the docs. Not just the JP. It's just that they chose not to assist. CBA staff was kind enough to help me with this. When they can, why can't you? Mind you, I don't even bank with them. Shame !!

Minus rating. Horrible and Incompetent service. No one takes ownership of customer issues. A simple card replacement takes 7 weeks and counting (Chasing since 30th Sep). And NAB has most senseless process of sending the card to a branch instead of home. To add to the height of no brains they decide which branch they will send it to, which means it could be miles away from you. After expressing my dissatisfaction to the branch staff about 7 weeks and 3 visits to branch all Mark kept saying was 'Sure' sure'' 'sure'. REALLY!!! No sorry.. Pick up your game NAB, thats pathetic service. Surely will cancel my account.

Neelu is the best! I had a bad experience with NAB. They blocked my account when I was overseas. I was planning to close my account and switch to another bank. I was also worried when I saw the negative reviews, especially about Neelu. But she is very helpful and caring. She was very friendly and she spent around f 20-30 min with me till all my issues were resolved. Same week, I had additional 2 transactions with this branch, and another colleague helped me in an excellent manner. Unfortunately, I didn't memorize her name. But only because of those 2 I gave high rating. Thank you both

I never see a woman staff like Neelu , she’s so rude,unbelievable! I can’t believe how can she work this public service. I arrived there with my brother in 12pm during my lunch time to open a NAB bank card. After 50mins I did all the things and last step she told me I cannot verify my identity, I have to call the number. One hour and half later, online service told me I can verify all the branches! I told Neelu, she said she cannot do anything,i have to call again. Why she work here? Look at the star reviews! Neelu, U did so good job make the branch worse and worst!!!

Rubbish service. Staff was not willing to help replace my husband's damaged debit card. What a joke. Said he must do everything online despite telling them his card is so worn out he cannot see his NAB ID number to be able to log online in the first place. He was so angry he left but calmed down and came back to ask for his NAB ID which they gave him BUT after several phone calls to the customer service centre, we realised the NAB branch had given him the WRONG ID number so we then had all sorts of problems requesting a new card. How does that branch still operate?!

It's a waste of one star. Looking at the reviews, it seems that I wasn't the only one who felt unkind. I wonder why this point is not fixed at the head office. I visited with my child to open an account for my child, but I couldn't understand the staff who sent me back to come back another day because I had to close the door even with 30 minutes left before work.He sat in his chair almost lying down and looked at me and told me to go home.When I asked for a business card, he replied that he had no business card.

I received a call from S who works at NAB Rouse Hill branch. The message was to congratulate me on a facility with NAB and for me to contact them back. My initial thoughts we're, how great this person is to be so proactive. I called S back on two occasions and left a message with her colleague. Guess what? S did not return my call at all. Changed my whole perception about S and NAB Rouse Hill. Don't call someone and offer customer service if you're not committed.

What a terrible banking experience! We waited to meet the loan guy(not mentioning the name) for 15mins which was alright with us as we walked in. We then spent atleast an hour explaining everything, finding all account details, filling and signing forms, only to find after almost 2 weeks that nothing was actioned and he just says sorry for the inconvenience. He asked us to come again on Friday and do the same thing all over again with another person

Terrible place. Wanted to apply for a personal loan and they said everyone is busy and said will give a call and called me like 4.30pm and then i was ready to go next day. Then again called me and said sorry we can't help call the general line. That's how they treat you when you want some service. I was with Nab for 8 years had 2 loans but now I'm skipping to CBA. When you want to speak to someone they asked me to call general line. What a joke

Apparently if you are at the branch after 3pm knowing that they close at 4pm you can’t do a bank transfer Where does it say that ? How the lady there came up with that ? No one knows !!!! On the other hand there is a minimum of 20 min wait That’s how slow they are. Super disappointing worst service at rouse hill branch. I recommend NAB head office to check they work.

Useless And the woman working in the bank lied to me . Days ago she said the coin deposit machine was to be emptied that day. Go back today still full. 6th time I have been to a bank trying to deposit coins . Most Branches don't have machines now. No one wants to help you.

Visited NAB and was meet with an extremely rude ignorant lady called NEELU. She was speaking down to me and treating me disrespectfully in front of all the customers when I asked for the most basic things. Will never be retuning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
