This was the Lunar New Year Eve 2023. Some people brought the whole families to celebrate. The place was a very friendly and crowded. There was 20 minutes of medication and chanting and then dragons dancing afterwards. Everyone received $1 lucky money and tangerine. Dinner was then served late at midnight with donation at will.

Very nice gardens and modest temple. The monk was very nice. The odd thing was his son was also there and talked to us non stop. Literally 30 min, non stop. It started to feel like a sales pitch and he didn't give us a moment of peace and quiet. I hope they tell him to stop bothering people because he totally ruined our visit.

Nam Quang Pagoda, as far as I know, is the oldest temple in Portland that almost everyone knows about. Although sitting in the temple is not big, it is very cozy and feels very peaceful. I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard that
