Definitely crystal clear. 100 % recommendation for prepaid. 2) prepaid three or six month service, same way , one of my car I always buy 6 months prepaid pass . It’s not wash card . Pay and wash . If you can not wash , do not buy . I wash every week, it’s cheaper this way for me . Definitely worth and Chrystal clear . Plz do not look at fake stories . 3) automatic pass one of the best option again . Cancel when you want to cancel it. Easy breezy . No worries. Very impressed. 4) prepaid washes are not monthly, I have one card since 2016 , I always refill it as need , it’s not monthly. It has 6 months expiration date . 4 washes or 6 washes I easily use within 2 months . Again crustal clear deal . I recently visited Nanak Car Wash, enticed by its affordable pricing and basic service offerings. However, I must admit that my overall experience left much to be desired. While the prices were indeed reasonable, it's important to note that you get what you pay for. First and foremost, the quality of the car wash was rather underwhelming. I had hoped for a thorough and meticulous cleaning, but it felt rushed and haphazard. It seemed like the attendants were more concerned with speed than with providing a satisfactory result. My car's exterior still had noticeable dirt and smudges in several areas, leaving me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the friendliness and professionalism expected in this industry. I encountered a lack of attention to detail and general apathy toward customer satisfaction. It's worth noting that a friendly and engaging staff can make even a basic car wash experience more enjoyable, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I always go to this car wash , got in/out cleaning service, i could not believe they do such a nice shinny job. Great job guys. Just want to mention i just spent only eighty dollars and they put shine on dash, side panels and even on my leather seats too. Highly recommend this car wash . Staff is so helpful and professional. Best customer service. I was used to have subscription pass from this location, but now they do not have that service and do not have the same system like PayPal etc. . Its ok for me as if Hudson Bay company has sale and now they do not have , its up to company . Whatever is available you can buy it, you can not force any business to tell them . If any one not happy go to other stations . buy wash card or pass from Petro . Leave this for other customers ..

I have been using this car wash for 3 months now and I have been using the Shine and protect monthly pass. This place is pretty good and provides really good value as they have monthly passes and you can have your car washed everyday. They also have a phone app where you can buy passes online. The wash itself is great as they put wax and foam as well and rain x and my car looks really clean and shiny. You do have to be carefull as when you are mounting the rails you can scratch up your rims as I did and it is not a touchless wash so you will get swirl marks and scratches. I wish the prices were a bit cheaper and I wish they were open later then 7 pm but overall they have good value and I use the wash pretty much everyday.

For the pricing, I did not expect to have a top notch pricing. However, even general details are missed when doing the cleaning. I purchased the $45 package and the job is horrible - multiple spots missed cleaning interior and exterior. see the attached pictures. What's even worse, I saw them spray the cleaning product DIRECTLY onto my door speaker - thinking they know what they're doing, I did not say a word. However when I was driving away, i notice that all my door speakers are no longer working - they were just fine when I was driving to the car wash. Therefore, do NOT bring your car there if you care about your car. In addition, none of the staff was wearing ANY gloves or masks - if it matters to anyone.

When I entered there was car ahead of me and that car was taking reverse and was almost hitting my car, to protect I honk once for precaution, when I went ahead two working member for that car wash service started abusing me, I told them that honk was to protect my car from dashing, they didn’t allow me to go ahead and was yelling and telling me don’t come here again for car wash, what type of service is this? My 2 year old was is in the car and he was traumatized seeing this incident.I want to know from the owner if this happens every time you gonna lose your business and need to close down your service. I hope you will take necessary action against them to prevent from losing customers.

I would give 0 if I could. Today, I took my newly repaired car to this awful carwash. Their machines scratched both side of the car. very obvious circular markings on the passenger side. When I complaint to the manager, he shrugged it off saying it happened before the cleaning. He was very rude and called me an idiot for continuing my case. He would not agree and did not offer any assistance, not even offering buffing it off. Awful cleaning and worse customer service ever. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIVES WITH ZERO LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR CAR WILL BE DAMAGED AND NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

Really bad experience today. After I left I realized my coffee cup is dripping dirty water on my clothes and I looked and found a puddle of dirty water in my cup holders. After further inspection I found two more cases under the mat. I paid 50 dollars. I believe it's only fair to assume what's in picture should be taken care of by 50 dollars. Cleaning of of the car took about 12 minutes. I guess I should have inspected my car before driving away. These guys have some crew who works really well and some crew who just hates to be there working and wants to get through the day. To be fair I have had good service from them 6 months ago

I have been there membership since they have opened this location. The membership price was so fair that I was not able to find the same price for the monthly pass in the city. I have used all of there car washed packages and each time I was satisfied with the car wash. They also have indoor and outdoor car wash even that they did great job in cleaning the mats and door pockets I didn’t find any single dust in the air vents Overall I have to give 5/5 to this a car wash and their hard work. Great job guys!!!

First time visiting Nanak Car Wash and they did a pretty decent job for only $50.00 plus tax. Outside car wash was done while they also paid attention to the rims and tires. They then spent time detailing the inside. Although a few spots were missed for $50.00 it was worth it. I suggest that you check before you leave for any issues and they’ll address anything that was missed. Workers seem pretty friendly as well. I went during the day and there wasn’t any line up at all.

Got 50$ wash. Not worth the price. They merely just washed exterior automatically and vacuumed interior. Didn’t even bother to remove the bits in the seat corners. Exterior wash left marks which didn’t go away through cloth. They didn’t even bother to ask if the cleaning is satisfactory and just started cleaning the other car. Better go to any automated car wash and vacuum yourself for 1/4th the price

Worst experience of a car wash. The parking lot is their cleaning shop. Two none English speaking rude young men without any understanding of what they were doing. They spray cleaning liquid directly on the dash and all the buttons and gadgets. Matts were left uncleaned as there is no water to clean them with. They charge $80 for a basic half done car wash. I do not recommend this place.

I bought a monthly membership and had my car washed here. After the wash, scratches appeared on all the windows. Later, when I went to the attendant to discuss the situation, he accused me of lying by telling me that these scratches had happened before. I had a contactless wash before and this was the first time I tried it here. Very bad service + very bad staff + very bad treatment.

❗️DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH❗️ Read why Used to go to this car wash all the time when it was $22 a month, but now they canceled people’s memberships WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, supposedly because they severed their relationship with PayPal and when it was suggested that instead of PayPal, monthly charges would go on a credit card, they didn’t accept unless you paid $45 plus tax.

I have always done my car wash here since my first car,I knew no other car wash.recently they changed their 6month pass to a paper,I couldn't find the paper but I had a proof of new attendant(male) was so rude to me.At times it's good to say no!than being rude.I can't just come from 25km to say I have a monthly pass. Courtesy pays.

Went for a car wash today and came out with 3 huge scratches on my hood. When spoke to the attendant, he said it was not possible and made excuses. Meanwhile there are several reviews on here about scratches on their car. I have asked them to cancel my membership and hope they do. Definitely will not go there again.

Not sure if I will go to this place again. I bought the ultimate car wash so that they clean the car from inside as well. They cleaned my Camry from inside in less than 6 minutes. In fact, it didn't feel any clean. By the way, they washed floor mats and put them back wet and soapy.

On Jan 26,17 I was there got diamond wash. Horrible job. Lazy employees. When I asked them to re do. They were rude and pushy. They did not even clean my trunk. I called bumper and complained to woman picked up. Said they will send someone to clean. Waited 30 min no one came

They do not honour cards that have expired, even though there is nothing on the card to indicate when it expires. They are not friendly about it either. You’re entitled to make your money however you want but I prefer to frequent establishments that put the customer first.

PLEASE DONT GO THERE! The special car wash is advertised as $7.99. But they forced you to buy 3 at $35!!!! Their explanation is the first one is 7.99 and the next 2 is $16!!!! So the special car wash is actually $12!!!! And their normal price is $10. Trash fraud car wash

The prices they offer on-site for the monthly subscription plans are much higher than what are listed on their website !! I felt like being scammed here... I would rather go to another car wash near Pacific Mall which offer similar services with much lower rates

I just went for a car detailing and spend 56$, for NOTHING!!! don’t go here if you want your car to be really cleaned! I asked the guy that you didn’t really washed it and he said it needs shampoo! So what car detailing is that? POOR service and no management!

Had a very bad experience today, booked for in an out car wash which include tyres as well but they did not even touch the tyres, when I did it myself one of the cleaner mis behaved by using foul language. They should basically refund for the service I took.

They were open on a holiday Monday and they said so on their voicemail message which I appreciated. Basic wash but good price and nice people and very quick. And again, they were actually open!

My mats are full of oil and very slippery after the in and out wash service. Are they teasing their customer? Will they take responsibility if the slippery mat caused a car accident or injury?

The interior cleaning team was super awesome.They performed very good job for the interior cleaning. But the cashier doesn’t provided proper information for the packages and gave wrong advise.
