⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the hand car wash, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, I was blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as I arrived, they greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel like a valued customer. They took the time to understand my car's needs and any specific concerns I had, which immediately put me at ease. The hand car wash itself was outstanding. The team of professionals meticulously cleaned my car, leaving it looking spotless and gleaming like new. It was evident that they took great pride in their work and were dedicated to delivering the best results possible. They paid special attention to every nook and cranny, ensuring that even the hard-to-reach areas were thoroughly cleaned. What impressed me the most was the care they took with my car's exterior finish. They used premium products and expert techniques, preserving the paint and leaving a smooth, scratch-free surface. My car has never looked this good! But the exceptional service didn't end with the exterior. The interior detailing was just as impressive. I've been to this place 3 times now and had a great job each time. First two visits were for basic exterior washes and hand dry. The third visit was for exterior wash and hand dry with an engine wash add-on, since i had driven my car over a lot of dusty roads this year (and can't stand servicing a dirty engine!) About the engine cleaning. The car wash staff warn you if you need the engine wash, that they can't be held liable if the engine doesn't start. In other words, you are confident of your engine's state of repair, and you made sure your caps are where they are supposed to be (and tight), with no leaks or loose hoses and wires etc. It's also a little discomforting to hear, but it is fair warning. I said go ahead with cleaning the engine and didn't experience a problem after it was done. The cleaning staff also noted the anti-rust stuff applied around my car's engine bay - they called me over to point it out and told me that they won't touch it - good job! Last thing to note, the engine wash guy is there typically an hour after the place opens and he's not there on Sundays. Great experiences so far, I'm very happy. Thanks and keep up the good work!

What can I say? I was stuck in the Greektown area and needed to get my car washed. Its an ok place to get your car washed but they are juat at a huge disadvantage right off the bat. They're in Toronto and commercial real estate is unreasonably expensive. This forces corners to be cut because regular customers will just take their business elsewhere. The car wash was just ok, they didnt have enough time to get the salt out of my carpetting which was dissapointing - I alwo had to wait about 20 mins to find out about that. I really resent having to point out imperfections on the car's final rub down on its way out. There should be some level of QC there because a lot of custimers will stick their tails between their legs and accept mediocrity - I didn't. Also there is no waiting room - its a joke which is 4 lawn chairs and a cash register. I also noticed some passive-aggressive note on one of the doors about prices having to go up because the minimum wage has gone up in Ontario - I dont need to know that kind of stuff. It also makes the owner look bad as it seems like it passing blame.

On a friends’ recommendation, I purchased an interior cleaning package from Splash N Shine. The exterior of my car was done extremely well, but I was displeased with part of the interior service. I must admit, I was overly angry when I contacted them about the issue, but the manager that replied was calm and professional. He quickly worked out a day and time to correct the issue, and upon getting my car back, I was extremely satisfied with the results. They even re-cleaned the exterior of my car even though the issue was with the interior. You might ask “Why should I go there if they didn’t do it perfectly the first time?” My answer is that it’s become a rare thing to find a company that truly stands behind their work. Throughout my dealings with them, the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The fact that they were not only willing to take my complaint seriously, but to correct the issue in such a short period of time proved to me that they care about their customers. I definitely recommend them for your car care needs and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Not worth the money. This was barely better than the free wash my car dealer gave me during a service visit. For some reason one of the staff (assuming a manager?) kept yelling for staff to hurry up and move faster, despite it not being busy. If they weren't rushing so much, perhaps they would have done a better job. My floor mats were left soaking wet, and they missed a lot of spots with both the hand wash and hand drying. They also completely missed drying the driver side window and I had to ask someone to dry it. He did dry it, but very much gave the impression that he did not want to do it. The interior of the car was very haphazardly wiped down, and there were visible streaks left inside the front window. For what this cost, it was no better than going through a drive through car wash at pretty much any gas station. Also, they need to put your car in neutral to go through the wash. I drive a hybrid, and this is bad for the battery. A warning shows up on the dash, along with an audible alarm. This was just ignored. I will not be going back.

Unfortunately I have had the same situation happen to me a number of times over the past 5-6 years at this car wash and I’m not going to go here anymore. I want to support local but today’s experience was the proverbial straw. I pulled up to have my car cleaned, they had one car that 4 people were cleaning directly in front of me. Nobody would look at me or talk to me. I waited for over 5 minutes, even got out of my car to try to catch someone’s eye, while they continued to ignore me and clean the only car in the whole place. No other customers but this one car, and me. I have experienced this a number of times when going - but usually someone else pulled up behind me so I would get served eventually. Not today. So I left and went to another car wash on Eastern at Leslie (very friendly there btw) NOTE: my husband has never had an issue getting service here, or any of the men I have seen use this car wash. It’s unique to women. And it’s not cool.

I made an appointment to have my car detailed, when I arrived no one was there. They called me back two hours after my scheduled appointment without explanation and offered me a appointment for the next day, which I accepted. They then left my car soaking wet. Four days after I had it cleaned, my pants were still being soaked through when I sat in the seat. When I called to ask them to vacuum it again they were extremely rude and defensive and told me I should expect it to take a month to dry. I was also told it was my fault for bringing it in without an appointment (despite the fact that they missed the first one and offered me the next day). After a second phone call and a lot of pushing, they agreed to vacuum it again but repeatedly told me that it would not change how wet my car was. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received!

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and the staff is considerate, and trustworthy ... They took my car, to start their wash, and I had forgotten in the moment, that I had left a pretty big chunk of cash in one of the inside pockets of the dashboard ... Until about half way through the wash.. I was almost expecting it to be missing after, to be honest, because they have a fair number of people working on the cars at the same time, so they would have certainly had an element of deniability.... but I was quite surprised to find,... Not only was ALL of the cash still there, but they left a toonie in my mug holder... When I suggested that one of their cleaners may have unintentionally left it there, they told me they found it under the seat! I would definitely recommend if u need ur car cleaned in East York.. To go check them out!.....

I first thought hand wash meant it's self serve but this car wash has people hand washing your car for you. There's only one Bay and each car can take 7-10 minutes depending on the package of wash they choose. So be prepared to wait upwards of 30-45 min if there's a line. The entrance for the line up starts in the alley way off of Alridge Ave and once you get to the Bay door, someone will come to your car and ask you what you'd like. They'll take your car and drive it into the Bay while you go through the side door and from there you can watch them clean your car. You pay for the wash in the ticket booth at the end of the hallway and your car is ready to go by then. They did a really good spotless job and dried off my car really well especially during the cold winter weather so my doors don't freeze.

Opted for the express mini detail, which is $82 package (plus 5 for SUVs). The interior was cleaned very throughly although some spots were missed. However, there was no attention paid to the exterior after the automatic car wash. Result was a lot of dirty spots around back light/license plate. Also several other places with dry tree sap/bird droppings were unattended. Had to literally point out each one of them, but many were still not cleaned. EDIT: July 2023 Went back again, this time for their 'in-and-out' package. This was totally worth it, understandably it not include all the bells and whistles of express mini detail, but for a basic exterior wash and clean-up inside, it was a really good job. Some spots were missed again, but not a big deal. Will come back just for this.

Staff, website and posted signs are inconsistent on their offerings. I went in to have my car detailed. Called ahead to see if there was time, was advised to come in by a particular time and it would be fine. Got there. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be next in line at which point I was told I could not get the detailing despite having arrived there before the advised time. Then after telling him that I had had a phone call that contradicted what he was now telling me, the wash attendant then said fine, We can do it but it will take over an hour and a half despite the sign behind him saying 45 minutes or less. He then went on to prattle on about multiple excuses as to why it would take too long. I just up and left. Not worth your business or your time.

Warning - Rates are not as advertised! Fast, decent quality service with a smile, but it’s false advertising! They charge you a different rate than what is currently on their website and on the order form they hand you. I went there twice in the past few months and didn’t notice the first time because I was distracted by one of my children. On the second time I brought it to the attention of the attendant and he said there was nothing he could do. It’s dishonest to not even let the customer know they are being charged differently than the advertised rates. Infact, I think it’s illegal! I’m very disappointed at this deception. If you care about your car, don't bring it here. These guys used to be decent, but after today I am done. They left some serious whirl marks on my car. It looks like it went through a cheap soft cloth car wash (which I am sure would have done a better job) Pretty sure they just use the same sponges for the 200 or so cars that go through there. Gonna cost me at least $350 to fix. To be fair, they asked me to come back after I called them, but what's the point? They're amateur at best. If someone is coming to have their car hand washed, they expect to not leave with a mess of a car. Stop being cheap and buy some new brushes and sponges. My own fault for trusting that a $30 car wash wouldn't leave me annoyed.

Service was quick enough for a basic exterior wash, slightly aggressive up selling at the front gate - with some better fine tuning the salesman would yield better results. Drying could have been better especially having to avoid their exit dripping of water. ** updated review ** from 3 stars to 1 Went back this weekend and paid for the interior exterior package (little over $20 + tax) optimistic the quality of work would differ but not so. Front bumper was dirty, car still not dried properly (it's like these guys don't know how to dry a car), dude used the washcloth on the body of my car first then the glass (jack A.) luckily there were no scratches. I'm done - back to doing it myself.

AMAZING! These guys make my dirty, pig stein smelling car looking like A diamond and smelling like flowers. I always get the $20 package and it keeps me happy for weeks. It is well worth your money!!! Another plus great customer service!!! This is my go-to place to keep my car looking brand spanking new!!! I highly recommend this place and I will be back for future car cleanings!!! The workers are always paying attention to detail. I was constantly disappointed by other car washes but have found my place. I have become a regular here and will be for as long as I drive. Tried this place for the first time recently and I think it’s great as long as you understand what you’re getting. For $35 all-in, they clean the inside/outside to the same quality that I probably would, but they do it so fast (15 mins). It’s not detailing — they don’t clean the nooks and crannies. But they wipe everything down and vacuum. For the price and speed it’s much better than spending 2 hours trying to achieve the same result yourself, especially if you live in the neighborhood. I think it’s good to do this a few times a year + get a more expensive proper detailing once a year. I don’t know how good their detailing is though.

I was referred to this location by a friend and its probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car wash to date. The front desk was extremely kind and forthcoming. My car hasn’t been cleaned or detailed throughout the past year, but the employees did a great job explaining my options and their recommendations. The final product was absolutely stunning and satisfying. The car was throughly cleaned and had a fresh aroma to go along with it. I would highly recommend this location for any individual that’s looking to have their car detailed by professionals. They ensure that your experience from beginning to end is flawless.

I tried several car washes in my area (Beaches) and a bit beyond and this car wash is the best one. They do a great job consistently and the price is very reasonable. When they miss something (for me it's usually a spot when drying), if you point it out, they will correct it immediately. They are friendly and usually know what I'm going to order. I most frequently get the regular (outside) wash with rim cleaning and what they call "tire shine". I've also had them detail my older small SUV (including waxing) and it looked great when done. As someone who used to prefer to clean their own car - this is the place to go.

Went in for the Mini Express Detail and had a great experience. Was greated politely and promptly, and we spoke about the right detail service for my SUV. I have 2 shedding dogs, so the hair had accumulated on the carpets and upholstery. They gave me a timeline and when I got the call to return, I did a walk through and had nothing to call out. all pockets, trays, grooves were blown out and cleaned. Thank you for the sweet detail Splash N Shine! I opted not to get the interior shampooed (which was also their reco) as I was told it would take 3-5 days to dry and I needed the vehicle right away.

So my friend threw up all over my backseat and my car. I called and they were helpful in recommending the correct service and guaranteed there work. I went back this morning to thank them because the team did a great job. No vomit anywhere. I had noticed a few very minor things and they immediately addressed it and put some more deodorizer to be extra good even though the car smelt great. Very happy I chose this place dispite the few bad reviews. I'm very pleased. Goes to show that anyone can have an off day. The willingness to correct any concerns is what makes for great customer service.

As a mother of two kids,it was very hard for me to keep my car clean.I brought my car in for the "Complete Detail " and It took about few hours to complete and they did an AMAZING job! Every part of the car was cleaned and vacuumed to perfection. They got out all the stains from the carpets and the leather treatment and carpet wash made my car look brand new. The level of workmanship and customer service by the staff is outstanding. When they say detailing that's exactly what I received. My car looks fabulous.you guys are the best. I highly recommend them to all !!

Updated review: They continue to do a good job, probably the best in the area. However there are usually spots missed and details not paid attention to in the quick jobs. Overall it's good, but not great. ----------------- First visit today. Fairly long line, but they move it along pretty quickly. Pretty good job, missed a few obvious spots and left some soap behind but overall a good clean for the price. Added the tire, rim and rubber floor mat clean and everything looks pretty good. Will likely be back and may give the express detail service a go.

Don’t Go HERE!!! When I go my car 8 months ago I started going here. I would normally pay $32-$35 for a basic in and out cleaning. Recently they hiked the price I paid $40. I went here few days ago my price jumped to $45 , when I ask ,they charged me extra for tire cleaning that was suppose to be included in the package I got. Watch carefully to what they write on the paper , they add stuff you never ask for and charge you for it. Then I went into my car it was the worst cleaning ever!!! The cup holder was still a mess.Stay away from this place.

I just finished my car exterior washing and found this dirt on my car after parking in my garage. Even I didn't take photo of other side of the car, I took only left and back side. Two other cars were next lane while my car is washed and I was the only customer, however they were rush. It is shame to say this is hand wash shop, rather use auto washer at a patrol station. So disappointed and not worthy at all. One more, the wiping guy wiped driver seat door jamb only and gave me a signal all done. There are 4 door jambs though.

Today was a little bit more then my typical car wash...had it waxed due to having to drive on a newly paved road which created a film on my car that didn’t just “wash off”. What a great job done...looks brand new again!! I frequent this location for my regular basic washes and tire clean, the crew has learned to know the small details I look for in my washes...I know longer have to ask for certain things to be done, they are always ready with a smile and hello!! Highly recommend this car wash!!

A hand car wash that is careful with your car and represents good value! Considering what work is done the price is very good. I purchased the basic wash package (Inside and outside is done) + the wheel and tire package. Once inside the car was completed in about 15 minutes. This morning there was no waiting. Is it perfect, no. If you are like me you will be re-touching the finer details. Having said that, I did not purchase a more expensive detailing package. I'm sure that they would do an excellent detailing job.

I had a very bad experience for the second time. Workers are very rude and not cleaning the car well and not cleaning the windows and car interior even when you tell them. In addition they return the wet mat’s to the car without drying them even when you tell them they ignore your request. Only the cashier was a decent and very Cooperative he dried my mats and he cleaned and wiped the car window and made shore to clean the car when the other workers left it un clean. Will not go there again!!!! Not recommend.

I visit this place ever week but today will be the last time. Easy way to say this…. If they are in a good mood the work will be satisfying, today I went and left with the front and back bumper dirty! The number plate was left dirty, Thy didn’t vacuum well from inside, while when they asked me, I said U can throw everything inside the car but still was a lot of dirt and garbage was left, had to go to a gas station and do it my self, regret that I left a tip for them!!!!

I had our jeep detailed at Splash and Shine and the staff there did an amazing job! They were very kind and helpful and kept to the timeframe they committed to. And the finished result was absolutely amazing! They got in all the crevices and made the inside and out look brand new. I got this as a gift for my partner and he still says it’s one of the best gifts he’s ever been given. We will definitely be back to Splash and Shine, I’ve found my spot for auto detailing.

I used to love this place, I came at least once a month (usually with my sister and her car as well). However I went this week and the entire experience completely changed. Upon arriving, the attendent was rude and abrupt. They did not clean in the doors or vacuum any of the compartments like usual. The outside was clean but the inside windows were streaky and it wasn't vacuumed or wiped properly. Not impressed. Not sure if I'll be returning or recommending anymore.

First time visiting this place (after my other go-to closed down during the pandemic) and was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect for us. The price was very reasonable. The staff that we interacted were pleasant. We visited on a Saturday a.m. in March and there was a bit of a line, but the wait time was very little. We will certainly be returning. Our Odyssey came out looking like new both inside and out. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Took my car here while waiting for a friend in the area. Paid for an interior and exterior surface and got my interior vacuumed (including all the sand from a beach day) and the exterior cleaned with a nice wax coat ontop of it. Not too sure what all the reviews are about, pricing is average for what you get. I think people are expecting a $300+ detailing package for the price of an express wash. Satisfied with the service I got for the price I paid.

All I can say is that this place is amazing. I am such a picky person when it comes to my car being clean. These guys went above and beyond and did it all right. Car smells fresh and looks brand new no complains what so ever. NO short cuts here they removed all items from your car and do a complete job. If your looking to get your car detailed for a good price check these guys out. Great team and appreciate the fresh smell in my car.

I was hoping for more, especially with the reviews. I noticed as I was driving the back window had massive streaks, thick smears. I did specify that I wanted my windows done well above all, so I was surprised by this. The car was not dried properly at the back, water streaks on side of car. It did seem like a rushed job, and for $29.00 I expected more. They were polite but I think more attention to detail would have been nice.

Updated: Came here for my winter cleaning and received the same quality of service. Will definitely be my regular moving forward. Full Service In & Out for $35 First time going to this location. For the price, it is really worth it. I am generally a clean person but I really appreciated the handdried exterior and care they took. I will update it to a 5star the next time I go in Winter and see if I get same quality.

very fast and detailed service. There are anywhere from 2 to 4 attendants working at a time to get the service done in a short space of time to get you on your way. I used to pay almost $200 for interior detailing ONLY. Now at splash and shine with a ‘mini detail’, I get the same level of service for interior detailing plus exterior detailing for only $95+HST Im Never disappointed. they always do a great job.

These guys did a great job detailing my SUV Their deal was $86 for an express mini detailing job. This is drastically lower than other comparable auto detailing places which are anywhere from. $120 - 180+ I also decided to do the add of of $20 more for may shampoo service. The best part about this place is how quickly they get the job done. This device took about 1.5hrs They also take last minute bookings!

Booked an appointment on Sat morning for a complete Auto detail with shampooing. Everything was arranged professionally and got my car back on time. One everything got dried up, I noticed a few minor spots on the seat. I took it back today to get it checked out. They Fixed it well and gave me a complimentary car wash. The manager is very friendly and professional.. will go back again.

My car was COVERED in dog hair. I just bought a new cover for the back seat and so wanted to clean the car before putting it in and start fresh. Did the $80 “mini detail” and these guys did a PHENOMENAL job. Took about an hour, came back to a clean car that smelled fresh and looked like new. They take pride in their work and for good reason. Will be a regular here from now on!

Edit* I went back after I was contacted for a follow up detail. They were so nice they even completed the service after I switched vehicles! Great customer service. They did a great job. Car looks pretty much new even the engine. I had a chance to talk to the other customers there and they are also returning customers. I will be returning for sure. Thanks for the great job.

The people who work here are fantastic! I ordered the in and out cleaning for $27.99 as well as Trunk Vacuum ($3.00), triple foam polish ($3.00), and odour spray removal ($3.00). With a 15% tip it came out to $48.07 which is a great price for a thorough inside and outside cleaning. I look forward to coming back and sharing this place with my friends

Used to go here frequently and was always pleased. Went last week for an interior and exterior cleaning. Tipped twenty dollars ( you pay before the cleaning is finished) and they did a terrible job. I have small SUV and they didn't even touch the back. I don't think they vacuumed anywhere but the front. Really disappointing and waste of time and money.

I have been taking my cars here for the past couple of years. I’ve been twice and found the service to be inconsistent. The first time was better than the second. The wash is good but the drying part is where the problem lies. They do the bare minimum and without properly drying the car, it will not look good. Also my hunch is that they give the best service to Caucasians. And others get subpar.

Terrible attention to detail. Just had an exterior wash, and this is the result. Charging $36, I expect the car to be spotless. This kind of oversight is expected from automated car washes not hand car washes. Really disappointed as the reviews were very good. Won’t be going back to this place and won’t be recommending them either.

They did a very good job,wheels and under fenders I was pleased.the reason,4 star's, for some reason they didn't dry the wheels,so I asked for a cloth and did them myself,no offer to do them for me.I will play the old man card, I'm 80 yrs.younge,not cool,maybe it's their policy not to dry your wheels. These guys are rude as hell, and barely do anything special. They are in a rush and charge $45 for doing absolutely nothing. If you’re in the market for an overpriced car wash that you can get an Esso auto car wash station, then by all means go here. If you’re looking for a nice detail, then stay away from this place!

What an awesome car wash this is! I took my dirty car there and they made it look brand new. The staff there cleaned my car with great care and no flaws. Honestly, there is nothing more that I can ask for. I will most definitely go back and would recommend everyone reading this comment to go check them out as well!

Took my convertible in for a full detail. They did an excellent job. Informed me that the seats/carpet would be wet for a day or two. They wrapped the driver's seat in plastic and had a paper mat down to make sure the interior stayed spotless even after driving it home. Very impressive work. Definitely recommend.

Made an appointment to get my car detailed. It was really dirty, opted not to get my upholstery shampooed and went for the mid-grade service. They did a fantastic job. The car was ready in the exact time they said it would. First class service at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much, highly recommended.

I always wash my car myself but as i was driving by danforth I hit Splash N Shine for a quick wash. I got the Interior and Exterior Hand Wash (Full Service): Boy I was impressed. The team was great! My car came out looking brand spanking new. I give them 5 stars for excellent service. Will be back for sure!

I went this morning for interior and exterior wash which costs $40 for nothing. There wasn’t even a big line but the employees were in a hurry for nothing! Would prefer automated car washes to this. Not satisfied with the wash! It is supposed to be a spot free wash. Terrible attention to the detailing.

This place is amazing, i've gotten their everything from their mini details to quick $25 wash and vacuum service to their 15 dollar washes. No matter what you purchase its quality, better and more worth than washing your car at Petro Canada. The same price but at splash and shine you get hand wash!

These guys r good and friendly in service.. very much reliable for special requirements.. ______ I went again last week for an interior cleaning and detailing, they did an excellent job and now my car is new again. Some spots have been fixed then and there. Thanks for the team and management.

I use to go there regularly and it was run by some Spanish people and today I saw some new recruits. After paying almost 55 bucks with 7 dollar tip included I got my dirty dash back along with some of their fabric fibres. Don't think cleaning is their forte and I'm finished with them from today.

I've tried every hand car wash in the area and this is hands down the best. I go every week for in & out mini detail and occasionally for engine cleaning/full detail. Although there is the occasional detail missed I find that it is great value overall and way better than its local competitors.

I've been through here a bunch times over the last 8 years or so they do a consistently decent job for a pretty fair price considering the cost of DIY spray washes in Toronto. Had a few lower panel spots missed a few times but overall pretty great experiences. Hope to see them open again soon

Horrible customer service. The guy was giving me attitude that we can’t do this and that . So then why are you open. If you don’t want to give people proper service then close it. Never back again and and will not recommend it to anyone. Even the car is dirty after washing . Waste of money

Do not go here if you have a lowered car. Even if the price seems attractive, your car will not make it up the final ramp. Front lip destroyed and $450 out the window. The narrow alleyway should've been my queue...I can only blame myself and potentially help someone avoid the same mistake.

I got my car wash. Overall good but There were still some black spots after a 40$ car wash. Seems like you guys were in a hurry. We really came from Mississauga to here with lots of expectations. Humbly request you when you guys finish car wash please have a look on the every edges of car.

I’m a pretty discerning car wash customer, and I have yet to find a service that comes close to Splash N Shine in the GTA. Quality of service and value for dollar are the best. The staff is all extremely friendly, they are speedy but thorough, and always professional! Highly recommend!

Great value and service! The staff informed me that he will take more time to clean my white leather seats without additional cost. I definitely recommend the Express Mini Detail to everyone, but make sure to go early in the morning or near closing time to avoid the line up!

The pictures tell the story, I was charged more than $50 which is $10 extra for inside deep clean and $8 for tire and rim but I guess it is not enough to clean what's in the seat and window. And yes, don't fall for their upfront Tip option. I don't recommend this place.

It’s a good car wash and they clean interior very good. Also with very less price they do both. I always come here whenever I drive to toronto. People are so friendly ,always take good care of your car and I suggest everybody to go there. Nice and friendly totally.

It has been my go-to car wash for a few years. I have always been pleased with their courteous, attentive and fast service. Today they took care of my convertible for the first time and didn’t disappoint. It was a fair price for a full hand wash service.

So has anyone else experienced the staff ignoring women? Has happened twice now to my wife. Drove away after being ignored for 10 minutes. Zero line up. I go on the reg, and we thought the first time was extenuating. Will never go back. Shame on you.

Staff damaged my car bringing it into the service area. My exhaust system is now leaking since my pipe has been bent. Was charged more to do a full hand wash but they did not wipe down around the wheel wells and passenger side mirror was still dirty.

I chose the basic package that includes washing and drying exterior. I like how they washed my car but you shouldn't expect much for drying. Not sure if this is the same story with other packages. They were kind though.

They didn't cover the passenger side of my car and the work they did on the right was subpar. Wasn't going to argue with them when I needed to be somewhere in 15 minutes. Will not be back and will not recommend

This is one of the best car wash i have visited to in TORONTO. The guys working here are very humble and nice. They greet very nicely with the customer and every time i go for a car wash they do very great job.

Amazing. Always fast and good service. And you could tell they really do a good job by the amount of cars in the line waiting for their turn. They still take care of your car in detail and they are quick.

This place is the best. The mini detailing I got was amazing for its price, I paid 81.5, which is about half of a regular detailing at other places and the result is so good. Would visit here again

Great place and prices are reasonable. Need to improve service after car wash, viz wiping all the surfaces with out leaving stains. Otherwise good job.
