I was in desperate need of a locksmith due to losing my last key fob. Rami contacted me shortly after I submitted a message online. Rami came out promptly, and, due to me not knowing, I had ordered the wrong key. Rami took the time to chat with me about my needs, and did not charge me for coming out that day. He ordered me a new key fob, and, when the fob arrived, he came back, programmed my vehicle and cut the key. My vehicle is operating again thanks to Rami! He charged me an excellent price compared to others who quoted way beyond with ridiculous pricing/ Rami is affordable, professional, courteous, patient and kind. He is now my personal locksmith! He had me going in 20 minutes! Better yet, he was here in less than 20 minutes. The whole process was done in 45 minutes for way less than the dealer quoted me. If you’re trying to find a better solution than Pop-A-Lock, this would be my go-to locksmith. I lost my set of keys, and was quoted way less than Pop-A-Lock. This is affordable! And it was the fastest service I’ve had. Mohamad told me it would take about 45 minutes. He told me he was on his way in about 20, but was there in 10 minutes. He is friendly and patient, and I would highly recommend him!
