Surprised to see so many good reviews. The lady at Collingwood (VIC) reception was so rude (around 12.50pm on 19th Dec). We wanted to know how to use this service to send some boxes for our friend who is a member. She didn’t want to explain and said it’s better to use AusPost. She was very friendly to the lady before me. So not sure why we were treated this bad. Hopefully my skin color isn’t repelling her :(

Five stars for National Storage for helpful advice on four occasions, even though I bought small amounts of packaging materials ( butcher paper and boxes). I have not used their storage units but they would be the first I would consider given the staff's service for lesser sales.

Thoroughly impressed with how helpful the staff are at National Storage. They answer their phones promptly, are knowledgable, friendly, handle monthly billing with ease and make everything straightforward. Would highly recommend!

Vary bad costumer service Adrian was the best not these new guys he was helpful, but these new costumer service has vary arrogant towards costumers, will look better spot.

National storage treat their customers with contempt. Your property is held for ransom within days of missing a storage fee payment. Try Kennards self storage instead.

Visit here on a weekly basis. Staff are really helpful and the process was awesome to deal with. Thanks again for the awesome service week in week out.

Conveniently located within minutes from the CBD. Small units, flexible rental plan. Staff are ok.

Got there at 4:54 but they knocked off early. Had to come back the next day. Not good. Slack
