So Bloody Helpful! We needed an accessible and secure place to store our brand new Jayco Camper at short notice and Craig from Stor Mart was super helpful. We checked out a number of other facilities and this was by far the best but was the most expensive. On deciding to pay 12 months in advance, Craig assisted by finding us a slightly less desirable spot with a cheaper price. He then let me provision the caravan in the dry, covered area due to the impending weather, before we moved it to 'our' spot. That was very kind of him and really appreciated by us as I had taken the day off work to set up everything. Anyway, apart form the great staff, the location for us city dwellers is spot on and the facility is sparkling clean, well organised and feels totally secure for our newest asset. Would highly recommend for your Boat, Car or Caravan but I think there is also storage for household goods. Top Notch!! Darren and Sharon Wilson.

I have had to make a temporary move back to the UK not long after buying a car. As I did not want to sell the car I looked into the possibility of storing it. Of all the facilities I contacted, I found the staff from Hendra Stormart (particularly Kristine) to be very helpful and efficient. The major selling points for me were the great value, its location (very close to the airport), the 24/7 secure access and the great customer service I received - they followed up on my enquiries and questions without applying pressure to sign up. I was nervous about putting my car in storage but their professional manner helped to alleviate my concerns and I do trust that my vehicle is secure and within a clean facility.

We have been at Stormart Hendra for just over 6 months. It was a great decision 6 months ago and continues to be a good decision for us. Location is very convenient. Access is secure with the option of going to your unit whenever you want to. We have a ground floor unit, and they had a wide range of sizes to choose from. The access to the unit is easy, with the wide opening rollerdoor as well as trolleys available. The corridors are a good width, and the surrounding facilities are always clean. The office staff have been great - informed and friendly. If you are looking at domestic or business storage - talk to them. I'm pleased we did!

Dave and all the staff are friendly and willing to help. For me I had requirements of time constraints at other changing of rooms I required to be on the ground floor and so fourth. Each time I walked away more than happy. The team will price beat or match any one else. the facility is clean, well maintained and secure. the prices are realistic and you can rent a cupboard to a whole multi car garage. I wouldn't look elsewhere. StorageMart Hendra its the right choice.

We shopped around in Brisbane north side for a safe,secure and affordable storage facility for 2 days. Attended the Hendra office as the last facility on our list. The manager was friendly and open to offers to match or beat any quote we had received from a competitor. Initially leased 2 sheds with a great deal on the combined 2. Also borrowed a trailer for free to transport our goods to the shed with ease. When we were no longer in need of 2nd shed, the cancellation was very quick and received confirmation within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend Hendra facility to anyone in need of long or short term staorage.

GREEDY BUSINESS, steer away from them! In 12 months they increased the price of my storage unit TWICE, skyrocketing from $122 to an outrageous $181. That’s a 48% price increase in just one year! It's an insult to loyal customers who trusted them to provide stable and fair pricing. Once you’re happy and settled, they will start the arbitrary price hikes, it’s clear that they value profit over the loyalty of their clients. Save your energy and find for a company that prioritises transparency and fair pricing, as National Storage certainly does not.

We have been renting space for a few months a year with these guys, for the last 5 years. Have used other facilities in the past, but the professionalism, friendliness of thier staff and their constant efforts to go beyond the norm, keeps us coming back. They work with you to resolve and facilitate your storage requirements. Store Mart Hendra offers a convenient 24 hour access service with very clean units which are accessed though a secure personalised & private passcode entry system. They have a great range of boxes & packing supplies and a good supply of both coded & key padlocks available for purchase as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they also have some great offers on discounted storage rates. I highly recommend using Store Mart Hendra and I will use them again for my storage needs when the time comes.

We recently put our house on the market and needed to offload some of the business stuff that we had had stored in our garage into storage. I looked around and decided to go with StorMart in Hendra... and I'm really glad that I did. Geoff and Mike are really helpful and the place is clean, secure and really well located. If you're looking for a place with great service, staff members who are friendly and helpful... and a place that is secure and easy to access... definitely consider StorMart in Hendra!

While the facility is conveniently located and very secure, the customer service here is poor and there is a rodent issue. My storage space experienced an infestation of suspected mice due to improper sealing and gaps in the floor. This damaged my furniture and I had to move my items to a different shed, but was offered zero compensation and National Storage accepted no responsibility, even though they were at fault for providing a defective unsealed storage unit.

We are extremely happy to have our possesions stored at StorMart Hendra. The staff are great and the facility is very clean and no dampness, either in the halls or in the units which is very important to us. Everything is synchronised from the front gate to your unit area and the lift is clean and works well. We have rented units all around the world and this is one of the best.

I've had a delightful and pleasant experience with Stormart Storage from the greeting on walking in to the helpful phone calls to the process of explaining how to access and use the storage unit after hours. I've used Stormart on 3 occasions when I've packed up my house and been travelling overseas. The facilities are easy to access with 24 hour secure access and have been clean and tidy. I've been living in Clayfield so the Stormart Hendra site has been handy and quick to get to. Costs of lockup rental have been similar to other sites I've looked at - no cheaper or more expensive.

My vehicle has been stored for 3 years now and have been very happy. With the recent cyclone activity which brought heavy rains and floods, I was very relieved that it was safe from all of the surrounding damage. When you are on the other side of the world, the safety and security of your 'Baby' is very reassuring. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with also. 4 Stars.

I initially left a good review but the experience didn't end well with the owner relocating our space to the inside of a shed that we couldn't swing the van into. We ended up moving the van out and lost 6 weeks of the time already paid. We weren't impressed.
