We were served by Fred and was the best customer service, it’s our second time using storage (not the same place) the last time was really annoying because we couldn’t visit the unit before hand. But Fred took his time to show us all the storages available even when we had booked already a smaller one, he is very knowledgeable and explain everything about how to use it, tricks and tips in case the unit is not opening, how to use the lift properly and what to do in case is not working, how to use the gates after hours, he helped us with the upgrade of the unit and made the whole process so easy. 100% recommended, the attention and service was great. National storage Indooroopilly , started me on a low rate and increased my rates with 41% in less than two years. No explanation other than its the way it is . Don't trust or believe any of the staff , Fred or Andrew will say anything to get you as a client and then increase the rates based on ' so called company policy' after they sighned you up and that even after having a meeting with them personally where they made again ,empty promises , never missed a payment and they still treated me horribly . Stay away , your are better off somewhere else where you know

Booked a storage unit online at short notice to help my son store his furniture until he could move in to his new place. Andrew called me that afternoon to tell me that they have 2 entrances and higher vehicles like trucks will only fit under one entrance, but they have a hoist/lift on that level to take your gear up. On the day he helped me find the unit and showed me how to use the hoist. Andrew is a top bloke and was a great help, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Made storage a breeze, Fred the manager was so helpful and went out of his way to assist us. The storage areas were clean, secure and had very easy access for our large van. Highly recommend this facility and will definitely use them again

Andrew and Fred were fantastic with their custormer service and provided support beyond the expected. Would go with them again without a doubt should the need arise.

Never stored stiff there but bought boxes and tape etc. Prices are comparable to Bunnings etc and they will buy back their used boxes too which is something.
