This Nat Storage tean get it right - extremely friendly and professional service. We used them some years ago when we moved .. then, again for the last few months after selling our house and b4 buying again : all of our possessions, furniture, etc were packed in to two units .. James, in particular, eased the path considerably by showing available units, explaining size info, costs, billing process, etc. He got us in and settled, out and cleared in a very supportive manner. He and his colleagues always had a friendly wave and/or awelcoming word on the many visits made thru those nomad months. If you're thinking of using Salmon St location, do so - there's info signs and instructions everywhere, making renters' situation very clear - so read them !

National Storage need to update this facility. Be careful as the Units are not sealed from the dust, the walls of each unit don't reach the ceiling and have chicken wire around the top of each unit. If you value your belongings go elsewhere. Also be careful not to enter when the facility is closed as its easy to be locked in and the emergency phone number doesn't answer after hours. National will also be happy to rip you off when you leave, as no refunds on payments even if you give plenty of notice. The Staff are great and overworked from what i could see. I will go somewhere newer next time.

A big shout out to Cale, who I was on the call with just now about some boxes I have ordered. He was extremely polite and helpful, and although they cannot promise the delivery date of the boxes I’ve ordered, as it’s handle by an external delivery company, he was willing to talk with him manager and offer alternative solutions if needed. I’m yet to know if I need to use the alternative solution offered, but for him to go the extra miles and offer, this is just great customer service. Thank you.

Lift was not working! Sign stated that a technician would be there on the 24/8? The sign also stated to gain access, use the white roller door in the building? I was standing in the building.? No white roller door just red ones. ...and the stated that if you use the fire exit you will receive a $200 fine. No other options? The contact mobile number listed had a mailbox too full to leave a message? The landline rang out to a message stating sales team were not there at this time? Anyone? Hello?

Great team at Nat Storage Port Melbourne. Timm and the guys really do what they say they are going to do. Anyone thinking of storing in the Port Melbourne area couldn't find a better company or location. Re Location if you store at the place next to the bridge over the highway, all your goods will be covered with a fine film of muck or filth that drifts into the building, from the busiest but of road in Victoria. NB they don't have roller doors and the units are open at the top.

I used to store at Kennards down the road but they don't have doors on their facility just gates and all the muck and filth from the busiest road in the State is two meters from the gate, all those diesel exhaust fumes leaves a sticky petrolium film over everything, that even the water from the leaking roof couldn't shift . Nation Have great staff, secure, clean storeage facilities where your stuff doesn't get damaged by the enviroment / its location

These guys are amazing!!!! I had a very stressful interstate move with my removalist (ultimate movers Melbourne) being fraudsters not taking all my things saying I had too much then not delivering all my items. Timm and the national storage team just made everything else so easy!! Their customer service and professionalism was second to none. Thank you Timm and national storage. You guys are great.

Awesome Service by Luke from Port Melbourne Staff. My delivery was completely stuffed by Aramex Courier( previously Fastway). Many of the items from my delivery were missing. I called Luke and let him know about my situation. He personally dropped off the missing items at my place. I can't thank him enough for his help and gesture.

Rabbit warren, nobody onsite, toilets were closed and couldn't leave easily with a threat of a fine for using emergency exit door. Power also went off with no generator override so no lifts running and no access to anything. Pretty frustrating experience overall

You should be ashamed of yourselves and your cowboys practices. Not only do you use terms and conditions as leverage against customers to pay unreasonable and undue "fines", but you also block them from accessing their own valuables for up to 6 months.

The staff at the facility are awesome - always very helpful and friendly. The prices on storage units are good and the building is secure and clean. There are lots of trolleys to use and an extra large elevator. Tons of parking. Highly recommend.

Booked in a storage unit, showed up with the removalists with all my belongings only to find them closed on the day. Received email next day with a "It seems we owe you an apology". Unreliable and Unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs.
