Very poor customer service. Staff member Amy is extremely rude, aggressive and incapable of listening or offering customers any sort of resolution to their enquiries.

Probably the rudest and most unhelpful and untrustworthy staff I've ever dealt with. Definitely do not recommend. Could not be trusted as far as I could dribble.

Storage units are located in an easy-to-find spot. Parking on-site, which is helpful, as parking around Windsor and Prahran is atrocious.
