My experience from the start was horrible! They put me in the wrong storage unit to begin with. I was homeless at the time. Then decided I needed to move to the opposite building with gaurentee they would assist and use a fork lift, there was no help. Just a tired young girl who is still suffering with a sore back. Due to covid things have been tough for most. This storage is over priced, they have threated to sell deceased family member things, with no compassion. I have now paid it all off ontop of at least 10-15 extra $20 fees. I have struggled to get my stuff out as I do not have my own home. I will be getting it out once I have recovered from the loss of another family member. This place is over priced, I highly recommened choosing another storage facility as this place makes me feel uncomfortable and the though of getting my stuff out next week has already played a big part on my mental health and grieving processs. This is the first review I have ever left for a business. But I am officially discusted.

From the outset these guys where great. I did the online thing and when I rocked up with my hire van full of stuff the dude at the office was very helpful, changed my default code to something i'd remember better, directed me to my spot, asked me if I had a lock, told him no, so he went back and found a spare and gave it to me. I feel like a lot of these places would rip you off for a lock. 1.5 months later, I moved into my new place, emptied the unit and left the lock with the key in it, intending to end the lease. got an email a week later with them offering to end the lease for me. I feel like a lot of these places would happily take my money unit I acted. nothing but good things to say. Especially for the guy at the front desk. Sorry I didn't remember his name. Edit: Romio! excellent service from the first to the end.

Staff at the store are nice and friendly, as far as they're office goes, hopeless. The facility shuts at 9pm and no after hours phone number works. I used the facility for 10 hours into a new month, and they charged me for the entire month ($500), and won't negotiate an reasonable agreeable amount. Just hid behind terms and conditions as a justification for ripping people off. So be sure to give adequate notice for termination of the unit, and you won't get after hours access. Personally will never use national storage again.

I went to drop of my parcel at this place for return order to Shein.The lady there was so rude and busy on phone .I asked her twice for the receipt or proof that I have returned at their place .She said that's it all done .We don't give recipt as such .I trust her .It's been more than two weeks I have drop of the parcel .It still did not reach SheIn wearhouse in Sydney and I lost $100 because of this . I wish they have staff which focus more on work rather than on phone

Absolutely shocking Their rates go up $60.00 per month every year the units are shocking and the staff are always unavailable and they are not 24hrs facilities. Head office never get back to you with queries either, so disappointing considering I'm a long standing customer that's always paid on time. If at all possible look elsewhere where. Would never ever store with them again. Very short minded business avoid!

It was a great experience to start with and the manager onsite was really helpful and informative. However once signed up in couple of months they increased the prices so don’t get carried away by with the advertised good deals if you are looking for long term storage solution. Sent multiple emails with requests however I hardly got any reply hence decided to move to some other storage facility.

I do not recommend. Stored with them for 12 monhts. In that time they implemented two increases in the rent - 30% increase in 12 months. When I called to understand why, I was informed that the price increases are automatic and applied by head office at 6 months and 12 months. In my view, that is really poor customer service.

Stored our trucks there for around six months agreed on a price for 7 units. Be careful not to get an increase letter in the mail as they do not stick to the price you were quoted. They are nice while storing with them but once you tell them until you decide to move on so does their customer service.

Just want to say big thank you to Leanne who come down from sharps road depot and taken me through explaining everything kind and friendly great asset to national storage and I signed for lager unit at Carrick drive depot. Kind regards Albert Elia

Beyond my expectations! Kon - the manager was very helpful and looked after everything at a great price.We even ended up getting an extra storage for the family later on. Would highly recommend.

I have never seen a place that is so uninteresting, disrespectful to people, even difficult to answer. I will definitely report it to Amazon.
