Your two girls are very rude, unprofessional and worst sales associates for giving excuses of being allergic to products. Asking me questions which they should know the products in store. The fat girl with glasses raised her voice whilst I asked politely about the black coloured rabbit. The skinny one asked me DO YOU THINK ITS GRAY when I asked why dont you check and reconfirm with me. She didnt know that the particular colour was in store. How did you as the owner managed to secure these girls which you are wasting money on them for NOT MAKING MONEY for you. What a shame cause literally you have TOTALLY lost many sales from purchasing the rabbits. Think about it 10 rabbits in line that I would want to purchase and you have lost $300 from me. Good luck and I would suggest you start firing these two girls and hire a more professional girls

Store meant to open at 9.30am. 45 mins later and no-one in sight. Called and they don’t even have a proper listed number. Not surprised to see this place is rated one star. That’s a stretch.

Why are they always closed while the lights are on. Seriously. I just want to buy the fluffy rabbit and the people are missing
