this store customer service and the way staff behave is disgusting, they have not idea what customer service is and how to deal with customers, i went to the store tow days ago and asked for basket, no one in the store had basket where i could keep my shopping so i had to carry all of my shopping i my hands, i spent £230 and all of that shopping was in m hand, i wanted to try some of the shirts i bought so i went to trial room kept my shopping outside trial room, did not want to take all shopping in small room, someone from the store was there informed her its my shopping do not remove, came back there was different staff and all of shopping was gone, they have put all that back, i came to store with two sons 8 years and 5 years old, kids being kids running around, different staff told them off 4 times not to have fun in the store not to laugh and just not to be there, it felt like a crime bringing kid to the store, i felt really uncomfortable and insecure in there, worse experience ever, do not go this particular branch if you have kids, staff will stare at you and give such a dirty look because you brough kids with you

This Next shop is set over 2 floors with a costa on the upper level. There is lots of parking an disabled parking available on the retail park. The shop was clean an busy esp click an collect items point which did clog up the doorway at times. Large selection of clothes, an gifts. Homeware selection is small but ok. Found it hard to find a shop assistant in this department.

When I got to the till, the two members of staff where having a conversation and didn’t acknowledge me, only to scan my things through. They carried on having their personal conversation which made me feel very uncomfortable, like I was eavesdropping. No manners at all. No awareness of customer service.

Poor stock availability and the staff are very inexperienced and need some training, the young lad who was working that day was out of his depth and I felt sorry for him. I would probably avoid this store in the future

Disgraceful toilets... look like not cleaned in months. Grime in all edging, bin lid filthy. Floors littered. A pregnant lady came out ofthe dosabled one saying she could't use it because it was so bad

I agree with an earlier poster about the toilets. The seats in Costa Coffee were stained and grubby as well as uncomfortable. You'd think they'd make more of an effort. At least the coffee was good.

Easy access if you don't want to go into Liverpool City Centre, ample parking and good quality products. Staff are helpful and friendly, would recommend.

The amount of times I was asked if I was "managing ok" made me feel like I needed therapy. Now I've wasted hundreds of pounds for no reason!!!!

I attended the store yesterday.Very good staff in the men's department. Male assistant was very helpful when asked for advice.

Parcel collection system is terribly slow. It’s not working at all. Making you wait for ages. People getting frustrated.

Collection of parcels is absolutely ridiculous at least 20 people waiting and 1 person doing it. Waited half hour

Maybe if store had postcode correctly on google maps people would find this place it's not L7 it's L13

Ignore the 10:30 Sunday time. Doesn’t open until 11. Many annoyed customers at the door.
