My first contact with Mike was, when the wind took off some shingles on my roof. He went to my house, get it replaced and fix it without seeing me. He sent me the pictures before and after the shingles were fixed. When We have our house damaged by the hail, I called him immediately and he took care of all issues with the best upgrades. No Payne are the one you call if you have any problems with your house like hail, natural disasters or planning roofing, sidings and best quality upgrades for your house above all. They are very busy because they are the best. They will not only tell you about what you need in your house, they will work with you to achieve it. They made me know that the quality of materials and ways you roof your house give you the quality of air, save money on heat, utility bills and absolutely no mould build up. They are confident in their warranty and encourage you to fill free to contact them for any concern. They might give you a little bit of Long time to start your project, but they show up on the time schedule and it's worth waiting for your turn with them.

Great experience from start to finish. The woman who physically came to my house for the estimate was awesome as she checked the attic and we discussed quality and colour options. Although I received two other quotes and another quote that was slightly lower I chose the No Payne team because of their professional approach and my gut instinct. I was NOT disappointed. Materials started arriving shortly after agreeing and the crew was beginning and completing work right on schedule. They were prompt, thorough and capable and the yard was left looking better than when they started. I will add that there was a bit of a mixup on the final invoice. Somehow they supplied a superior product to what I had clearly requested. When I contacted them with the details they quickly accepted responsibility and fully corrected the issue in my favour which meant a considerable savings for me at their expense. In short they over delivered leaving me beyond satisfied. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before and this was not solicited or requested in any way. No Payne was my gain.

I contacted No Payne after researching companies to conduct maintenance and upgrade work recommended by a home inspector and finding they consistently ranked at the top for Calgary roofing companies. As a result of Brody's comprehensive inspection, review of roof and attic pics and consultation, I scheduled the installation of upgraded ventilators and soffit vents and the re-flashing of my character home's stucco chimney. Along with this work, Nolan also secured lifted fasteners and touched up all sealants including fasteners, storm collars and attic adapters as part of their general roof maintenance service. I was so impressed with both Brody and Nolan. Their knowledge and skill was evident and their professionalism, responsiveness and patience with questions, much appreciated. I received a full set of follow up pics showing all work done and was very impressed with the quality and attention to details. All this work was done efficiently and the grounds cleaned up. We woke up today to our basement leaking from the roof, straight down the walls. After calling no less than 10 different roofing repair companies and getting quotes from $600-$2000 to come out to our emergency; I thankfully found No Payne Roofing. They quoted me a reasonable fixed rate to stop the roof from leaking, and anything above and beyond that would be my choice. Wonderful. Bo came out and was the pinnacle of professional. He took videos and pictures of the problem, explained all the different options I would have to fix it, and repaired it with new parts - the same day - for next to nothing more than the original quote. We recently had to replace our roof due to extremely bad DIY installation by the previous owners. I was initially sceptical of the only positive reviews for No Payne Roofing, as in my experience if a contractor has this many good reviews there is some type of financial incentive from them for the review. I still chose them because of the product that they install (CertainTeed Shingles) and the warranty given by the manufacturer. Right from the very start my skepticism was proven wrong, and could tell they were not your typical contractor. Not only did they do an AMAZING job, priced EXEPTIONALLY well, and were clear and upfront about ALL pricing but the team members that we dealt with (Mike, Carly and Bo's Crew) were extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. They demonstrated true customer service. I would (and already have) recommended No Payne Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof

Huge shout out to Brody and Carly for a job well done! Needed a section of roofing over my deck repaired as the water was coming through. Was happy to see Brody arrive as he had previously installed a skylight for me and done a great job. When he started he found that It turned out there was more damage than we had earlier thought and the job was going to take longer than we had anticipated. Brody called Carly to assist and they got it all done. They worked well as a team, were very friendly, and took the time to explain all that had to be done. When the repair was finished, they cleaned and removed every spec of the materials they had to remove and left the area spotless. I needed to have my house and garage re-shingled and 2 skylights replaced in preparation for selling my house. I got a couple of quotes from a couple of roofing companies, they were pretty close in price but one of them could not get the skylights that I needed replaced. We needed a roof this year. At first it was quite discouraging dealing with some sleazy door to door roof sales guys this past spring. They gave a "gotta hit my quota" sales pitch feel. BS... I don't operate like that... not when it comes to my house. We reached out to Mike at No Payne after reading some good reviews (and not the computer generated kind that the other roofing companies use - I'm sure you've read some of them). These guys run a tight ship! From the initial thorough estimate, the quick and quality install, to the final inspection & customer service... All hands were on deck for my roof. I reached out to No Payne for a shingles replacement on my home. They completed the roof inspection and identified potential and existing issues and addressed them before the shingles were replaced. Mike (owner) was easy to work with and whenever any issues came up, they were dealt with immediately, professionally and without any reluctance. His team came back after the work was done to add a new vent without hesitation. They identified a potential for condensation that is also common among vaulted ceilings (if you have vaulted ceilings ask him about the issues). I would DEFINITELY recommend than to others, and I already have! I will not hesitate to contact No Payne again for future projects and repairs!

It's hard to find companies these days that care about customer service and quality work but these guys are fantastic. I used them to replace my roof this year and they did fantastic work, showed up on time, did a great job cleaning up when the job was done and communicated with me throughout the job. Brody came as soon as we booked the job and did a great patch job to stop the current leak before the roof was replaced and then we had a small warranty concern after the job was done and once again Brody showed up on time on the agreed upon day which was only a couple days after I emailed them with the issue and fixed the problem correctly. I called the No Payne team for an assessment of my roof because I'm considering a solar panel install. After a visit from the repair team, I decided to get a roof quote from them. I decided a new roof was appropriate (18 years old). They were easy to communicate with and provided straightforward quote options. The work was done quickly and the crew was efficient. Since they knew about the solar work I was considering they asked for a reference schematic of the panel install locations and moved the roof vents to accommodate the planned panel locations! Paying for a new roof is never fun, the No Payne team made the process easy and I feel they did a quality job.

Most companies just gave quotes with budget shingles. Mike was the only one who did an attic inspection as well and pointed out some important issues to improve air flow in the attic. Even with rain delays Mike worked with us to ensure job is completed in a timely manner. overall we had a great experience. When you are spending this kind of money it makes to sense hire someone who understands the customers needs and can guide them through it and Mike certainly offers this.

I recently used No Payne Roofing's services to repair my chimney. I'm sure they did a good job and that they'll be there if anything goes wrong. I had a concern about the chimney after the repair and Mike took the time out of his Sunday to come and check it out which I really appreciate (the issue turned out to be irrelevant to the repairs). Mike and his guys put a new roof and gutters on our 4plex last summer, and did an awesome job. They installed a new roof over the main house and garage, a new skylight, and new gutters. Zair was a great pleasure to work with. We worked on a good schedule to get the work done. We had attic fixed there was water pooling. ZAIR was quick to fix the issues in the house. We installed air vents and Ventilators . ZAIR fixed our plumbing stack flashing that was not properly installed by previous owners. There was great overall communication. I was very impressed by the service and overall workmanship provided by NoPayne. It all started with Brody Vezina who provided the initial inspection. He was extremely thorough and helpful. I was very impressed compared to some of the other companies I was dealing with at the time. The work was done promptly and if I had any concerns I could contact Brody. The workmanship was overall very good and thorough and they left my inside and outside clean. They even vacuumed my carpet.

No Payne found the cause and found another problem that was well on its way to causing damage.
