Brand new warehouse with a great selection. Pity the staff were not helpful with no assistance choosing my timber. I did for a moment consider walking out. Considering I was the only customer I expected better service. Suggest management organise a secret shopper to report on their experiences at each yard.

Appalling customer service. The guy working there just sat behind the counter and looked disgusted by the thought of having to talk to a customer. Gave 1 word answers, wasn’t helpful and didn’t even try to make a sale. Avoid!

Bought some dressed pacific maple. The timber was so warped that it is only good for matchsticks. The young man who served me was not all that helpful either. Won’t be coming back.

Best hardware shop in town. Best prices in town . Don't know why people bother going to that big chain in Alexandria which is staffed by fools who don't have a clue about anything.
