Both the frontdesk and the technician team are very professional. Especially Mia at the front, she recorded every single request that I have asked, brought me the breakdown of pricing details. After service is also terrific via text msgs and emails. Not only she is friendly to a new resident in Winnipeg, but her knowledge of car repairing is really competetive! The only drawback here is the price's been a bit higher than in Ontario, but if it's the market situation, it might be reasonable. Also, if the customer can use their credit cards to pay the bill without being charged of the transaction fee, that would be better. Overall it's a fatastic experience, the team is PROFESSIONAL!

Their service is so awful. They diagnosed my car, and told me that an alternator was broken. And they told that the alternator has to be changed and price will be $675. Even though used one will be $351. It was so expensive. So I sent my car to other auto centre. At that time, Nott Auto car charged $ 87 as diagnosis fee. Other auto centre diagnosed my car again, and told me that fuse was broken and the alternator is ok. They changed fuse, and they charged only $65. Now my car is working well. Nott Auto Care is not fair and diagnosis was wrong and price is so high. I don't recommend this centre.

My wife and I purchased our first Tesla at Nott. The purchase was a seamless transaction, very accommodating. However, most vehicle purchases are this way. What defines the overall experience for me however is the after sale service, which is historically much less attentive and usually disappointing. As I had a few issues pop up, I was extremely happy with Nott Autocorp's attention to my concerns and their sense of urgency in getting it resolved to our satisfaction. I have been using Nott for several years now, purchased 2 vehicles through Nott and always take my vehicles here for servicing. The service has been outstanding, from having someone drive me home after I drop my vehicle off, to answering via text messages even on a long weekend in some cases. I have dealt personally with Chris and Mia several times when booking appointments and the process has always been smooth. If you have a vehicle that needs servicing I recommend you consider Nott Auto!

I went in to check an engine light on a BMW I recently purchased and left with so much more knowledge and insight on the different features of my car. They took the time to listen to and adrdres my concerns with professionalism and a great eye for detail. I highly recommend their services to anyone whose car is in need of repair.

Recently took my Macan in for regular servicing. I was convinced that the brakes needing replacing due to occasional squeaking, but Nott advised that there was plenty of life left in the brake pads (thankful for the integrity and professionalism!). I bought my first car in my life at NOTT. I think they are regular and efficient. Both the front desk and the sales staff are very friendly. My sales person's name is Zhang Dan. He is very responsible and nicely. All the information will be expressed clearly. Once there is something I don’t understand, he will patiently. I'm happy to buy a car here and I must recommend my friends to come here.

They sold me a Lexus SUV with a gold warranty and I had problems with it immediately. I had to use a battery pack to start the car several times and brought it to them twice but they never repaired it and told me to turn off the lights. Finally I gave up and had electrical repaired at ace auto at my expense. Very disappointed in Nott and would not recommend doing any business with them

I was in to inquire about wrapping our ice fishing vehicle. Mia was so helpful and friendly. She showed me the entire process as well as the rest of the services that are offered by Nott. I had no idea that Nott offered more than used car purchases. Thanks Mia, we will be back.

I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced at Nott for a few years now, and it is always top notch service when needed. Very accommodating of my time, quick, and great guys getting the work done right the first time.

All staff members are friendly and always available to solve problems. Deals with all kinds of cars including luxury. I recommend everyone to give them a try.
