If I could I would leave this place a zero. First off I came over a month ago to order dresses for my daughter's quinceanera, we come the date the owner set herself to buy the dresses turns out she has none of the dresses we ordered and she has a stash in the back of the same dresses we order and the exact sizes. she is not willing to sell them to us even though we ordered them a month prior. then she's said you didn't leave a deposit what she never mentioned the last time we were here and bought a dress the same day. Horrible customer service the lady doesn't remember what she actually is doing. Don't go very unorganized establishment. Love the Phoenix Marketplace

If I could rate this store a zero I absolutely would. I had placed a dress on layway for an upcoming wedding that is 6 months away. Per the store policy, you are able to EXCHANGE an item within 7 days with the original receipt, which I had. On the day I went to pick up my dress I asked if I could exchange it for a different dress. The owner absolutely refused. I told her that's not what you're policy says. She began to speak to me in such a passive aggressive manner. I refuse to do business with someone like this. She has poor customer service and honesty needs to read her own policy and follow it!!!

Horrible experience. As we looked for bridesmaid dresses the lady took them from our hands and said they weren't bridesmaid dresses. Also said the sizes we chose weren't correct. Didn't even get to try any dresses on. As she continued with her rude comments.
