I will not give this property even a single star but have to give these star as it became our saviour in that time as we cpuld not find another hotel at a good location near my exam centre than this. Room- Rooms are quite spacious anfld beautiful Amenities- the lock of the almirah is broken, tv is not working, bed is clean but the cushions in which oyo is written is as dirty as hell. Food- there is no resturant inside but anyone can find a good hotels nearby Service- worst service ever.. The guy who is in charge of cleaning is just a joker. He didn't even bother when we continuously call him to clean the room.. we waited for almost 3 hr bit he didn't come then we call the owner even then he also didn't come even he locked the room. We are knocking the room but there is no responce. When in one of the room, two people went to check out, they booked cab . They cab is waiting outside the hotel. They went to hand over the key. Even after knocking so many times the guy did not come out. At last they gave the key to me and I handed over the key in the desk. When in another room 302, my friends call him to clean the floor he just gave him slung in their own language.. customer service is poor.. If the property owner reading my review, I will suggest you please change the boy in charge of your hotel. They just making you loose customers. It will degraded your culture. They will blame kannada people for this. We, the people who went there from nearly 3000kms far, won't deserve this type of services after paying this much amount of money.. other than tgat everything is good. Though there is a alcohol counter in the downstairs of the property but this will not bother anyone of who will stay there.

If there was an option for 0 I would rate it 0/10. Room was full of dust... I don't think 8t was ever cleaned... There was no pillow case for the pillow... Dirty pillow.. The staff was totally unprofessional not even a proper staff very rude I doubt if they r even qualified and full of attitude.. worst staff I've ever met. And I booked the room through Oyo but after reaching the lodge they insisted I pay more money however Oyo intervened and I got to stay... Later when I extended through Oyo again they literally didn't allow me because they said you have to pay us not Oyo.... And finally I had to leave but the good thing was a guy from Oyo was very helpful and help me get my refund because I had called twice one Monica and other girl I don't remember... They didn't help me get end result but the 3rd time the guy help me get through it

The hotel is fraud and non responsive. They did not return my calls whole day. And even though I booked it through MMT they did not consider the booking and asked for cash payment on arrival and the rates they offered were also 2-3 times of what the app had to offer. Really bad experience.. wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. They did not refund my money nor did they show any remorse over what they did even though it was the middle of the night. It's a shame such people are in "hospitality" sector.

Had stayed on previous occasions. The rooms are big. Wash rooms have hot water. The staff is supportive. Its an budget kind of place. parking is along the road. There is bar at entrance. The rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor. Sometime the electricity and water issues are there. One needs to keep a check. If you have work around this location only then this facility can be used. We used it since attending an exam at ION center

I stayed with son for an exam near by. 1. Reached 07:00 in the morning, nobdy available in reception. There was a contact number in their sign board. Finally find a boy, alloted a room. 2. Television not working. 3. No drain pipe connected to wash basin. All filthy water washes your foot while brushing. 4. Too much dust covered all over rooms. 5. Complaint more than five times, no response. 6. I am not at suggest this properly.

Decent room for business visit. For breakfast you can get from nearby shop. But for dinner you have to go to the town or order online.

Though the lodge is on the rural side, they tried their maximum to maintain a quality in their service. The only negative factir is that people (especially families) have to go far to have thier food. But there is a small hotel just opposite to the hotel.Below the lodge there is a bar facility too.

I have made a booking recently in this Hotel through OYO and when I tried contacting hotel to confirm my arrival Manager was talking very rudely and said we don't accept online payments made to OYO and you have to pay at the hotel. When I said that I have already made the payment then he said talk to OYO only and disconnected the call.

I booked room on 3rd November for 14 and 15. November...when I reached the spot with the help of Google map the building was not there....after I called the owner he said that the room is not available, there a work going in progress...and he didn't even showed any respect while talking.....i didn't even get my money back

Bed condition is soo good .. but food are not available.. . Pls revice my problem .

booked room,but after reaching, they told there is no water and asked to look for a different hotel.worst experience. roads and people were very bad. poor network connection. no information was given regarding this before reaching the hotel.even after calling them.

OYO Flagship 77067 P N K Suites Oyo call center tell another pries when you visit hotel they will charge additional amount and not allow before 12.00 noon for check in but call center tell you hotel will allow to early check in

The room had so many mosquitos, I couldn't sleep the whole night. Because of an emergency I had to stay here, never consider this place otherwise

Location is remote. The guy who was at the counter forced me to submit 5star on the oyo app. And frequent power cut problem is there.
